Location and comfortable
The bathroom was disappointing compared to my last stay. The shower head needed to be updated. The shower water kept getting too hot even when I brought the water temp colder, it would just keep getting too hot. The tile of the bathroom shower looked like it was coming apart. The pool had leaves and dirt at the bottom of it.

The staff were cheerful and very friendly, they were a great help. The room and bathroom were very spacious and bright, and very well appointed.
The breakfast was quite basic, but reasonably priced. Although the speciality coffee was very expensive in comparison. There are plenty of nearby places for a better breakfast.

I had a terrible experience at this property. The check-in process was inconvenient, and the property itself was in poor condition. The pictures on the website were misleading, as they didn’t accurately represent the actual state of the property.
The hotel doesn’t have an early check-in option, and they charge a hefty fee of $60-$30 for it. The location is also a bit of a letdown, as it’s situated all the way at the International Drive. To make matters worse, when I finally got into my room, I had to wait because the bed had hair on it.
