Our hosts were extremely kind and made us feel right at home, not even the smallest of details were overlooked. The property is located in ideal proximity to to walking trail, an absolute must in the morning. It is also tucked away into a quiet quaint residential neighborhood. Easy parking. My daughter and I were very comfortable in the 1 bedroom suite. The foldout couch was just as comfortable as the bed. Highly recommend this vrbo and will absolutely stay again.

This property was perfect for our stay. It is beautiful inside and out, and Bernice and Peter were lovely hosts. The amenities in the house are plentiful, parking was provided, and the property is walking distance to village shops. The inside perfectly met our needs, and in addition, the outside yard was beautiful with a sitting area that provided both sun and shade. We would definitely book this property again!

We stayed here while showing at Thunderbird Show Park nearby and loved it! It was a quick 10 minute drive to the show grounds and walking distance to the lovely Fort Langley downtown area. We will be returning for sure!

The property was very nice and just right for us. In a quiet neighborhood, in a lovely small city. The bed was very comfortable and all the amenities of home. We even had umbrellas provided to us for the rain. The town was fun with good places to eat, fun shops, and historic places to visit. It was close to Vancouver for day trips. The host were friendly and fast to respond to any question we had.

We are a well-travelled couple who have stayed in rental accommodations on every continent. Rarely have we enjoyed such a pleasant experience as we did at Bedford House. Prior to arrival, communication with the owners was timely, courteous and accommodating. The apartment was perfect - beautifully appointed with attention to detail obvious. We appreciated the welcome basket of grapes, banana, dried cranberries and nuts ...and the ice pack in the freezer was a god-send to my injured foot!! The kitchen was supplied with everything one would need for a short or long-term stay. (no need to pack pods for the coffee maker - we found an impressive supply in the cupboard). The bed was comfy with lovely linens. Good pressure in the large walk-in shower. The outdoor space was a wonderful place to unwind at the end (or beginning) of the day. The water feature added to the relaxing quiet outdoors. Fort Langley is a lovely unique village with lots of boutiques and restaurants/pubs to suit anyone's tastes. The neighbourhood is upscale and the trail is just minutes away on foot. Peter and Bernice could not have been more gracious, there when you needed anything, but discrete at other times. All in all, we wished we could have extended our stay, but Bedford House will definitely be on the top of our list next time we come back to FL. Five Stars, no question. Thank you for everything.

My daughter and i were very grateful for the great stay. We got a good nights sleep on the very comfortable bed and sofa, appreciated the lovely well stocked bathroom and shower and made use of the snacks and water provided, as we had no time to shop for groceries. The suite is very convenient (walking distance) to downtown Fort Langley, has off street parking, and is very private and quiet. We hope to stay again when at a Thunderbird horse show!

I travelled with my mom and teen to visit my daughter living in BC. Everything was clean and neat and every detail was considered. We even had a bowl of fruit and snacks out upon our arrival!

This was the perfect place to unexpectedly stay! With our routines, the location was perfect for morning walks along the river, evening strolls through the town, space to stretch out and relax. Beautifully decorated interior with all the amenities of home made us feel exactly that, like we were at home and not away. Bright, open space inside and out With a clean backyard to accompany! Will definitely be remembering this location for further stays! The bed was extra comfortable too!

Overall this was a very positive experience for us. The suite was very quiet, very neat and clean, had a well stocked kitchen and was located in a lovely neighbourhood. It is located within walking distance to a unique shopping area and close to many beautiful walking trails. We would definitely stay there again.

The suite is fully stocked with everything you could need, is immaculate and very comfortable. It's located in a very quiet, upscale neighborhood in Fort Langley - which is very trendy. It's an 8 minute walk to all of the shops and restaurants. You're also close to the walking trail along the river. Communication with the owners was easy and fast. Perfect for couples or a single renter. The unit is the bottom part of a home but doesn't feel like it, since it's 100% self contained with its own temperature settings. Very comfy bed and great living room furniture with an interior designer touch. Highly recommended at five stars out of five.

Adored the property and it was super close to the Fort and Fort Langley. Lots of walking distance placed to eat, shop and visit and a close trail for walking.

Our hosts were kind and thoughtful and responded quickly to our questions — not that we had many because our hosts had provided a well-organized binder full of information about the suite and the area we were visiting (logical layout for easy-to-find, quick answers). The suite itself was beautifully finished and decorated and had everything we needed. It was also incredibly clean. The location was convenient and picturesque. Close to restaurants (our hosts recommended some great ones) and shops and strolls along the river. And the suite was a cool oasis on some very hot summer days. We can’t wait to go back!!!

The location is very good because you can walk to the restaurants and grocery stores. We even went for a walk to the library to print some paperwork required by the ship. The neighborhood is very nice because everyone has garden in their front yard. Fort Langley is a convenient location to the family event that were attending.

It is a very clean and comfortable large one bedroom apartment. The neighbourhood is one of the most beautiful in the lower mainland! The hosts have created a warm and welcoming space!

This excellent location is right in Fort Langley and is a 2 block quick walk to the town's main quarter. Check-in instructions were easy to follow as was locating the dedicated parking spot steps from the suite's entrance. The suite is well equipped with anything you would need whether you plan to stay in and prepare your own meals or want to walk over for a coffee and meals in town every day. I appreciated small touches like the gorgeous turkish towels, extra bedding options, an electric fireplace and the option to tweak the thermostat if it was a rainy day. The hosts left out a snack plate that came in handy one night and a Keurig coffee maker always makes mornings easy. This is such a quiet location, it's a basement suite but no need to worry about noise from above. Staying right on the main drag in town can get noisy so this peaceful residential suite was welcome. The river walk trail in just down the lane and half a block over I couldn't get enough of this gorgeous town. It reminded me of the vibe in Canmore, Alberta, lots of outdoorsy types and excellent shops, walks, patios, and restaurants. Wifi was available, thank you! My parents came to visit an in the evening and it was so nice to have a comfy living area to sit and chat. Bernice and Peter's yard is just lovely and coming and going through the back gate both morning and evening was secure and well lit. I traveled alone so being comfortable coming and going was important. I will definitely book again and would love to come with my husband or a friend (and use the hide-a-bed). Thank you so much!
