The villa is in a beautiful location, looking towards Porto Heli and in a really quiet area. The garden is immaculate. We were a group of 9 adults and the villa was perfect for us because all the bedrooms are of a similar size and quality and there is plenty of outside seating. The kitchen was also equipped for large numbers, with appropriately sized cooking equipment, serving bowls and plates and plenty of glasses etc. Beds were large and very comfortable and the mid week clean and change of towels was much appreciated.
The owner was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations and very useful local information.
Nothing.

This property is perfect. This was our second visit and we enjoyed our stay as much as the first.
The house is spacious and clean, the large gardens are well maintained, the pool is perfect for a family and the barbecue area is of the highest quality. Added to this, the property is professionally maintained and managed.
I went with a group of 9 and there was loads of room.
Some might complain that the house is 2k out of town, but we enjoyed the privacy and peace which came with that.
