The location was perfect. The room was clean and efficient. The bed was very comfortable. I wish I had read more carefully about the stairs. There were four steep and narrow fights. They were a bit much for us but we are in our 60’s with artificial hips.

The room was in good condition with towels and coffee provided. The fridge was a good size and the decor was cute! The check in/check out process was super easy as well. Only partial complaint is that you could easily hear out into the hallway and we had some loud neighbors talking to their friends on the lower level during our stay. Not the fault of the owner, just other guests.

Location is great. Walk from concert. Don't rely on help accessing door leading up to your room. The person working at the box office for the Jefferson Theater made it a point that she didn't work for VRBO checkins...rude! Room nice but very small. Will choose another hotel we can walk to that is bigger. Too many hidden costs and threats of penalties if you damage anything or leave bodily fluids anywhere....weird!! Concert was great tho!
