This is an amazing property with the most amazing views. Old town is accessible, admittedly having to use a lot of steps! The host Mia is very helpful as well.
A chest of drawers in the bedroom would have been nice.

Great location, peaceful and welcoming and supportive staff
It’s a steep climb to reach it but without the climb you wouldn’t get the magnificent view

The location is Excellent. The Property is located near the beach, 10 minutes to the local market and shops and restaurants.
The Host is amazing! The facilities, conform and beds are very good. If you're looking for a great vacation with excellent accommodations and home-like amenities, where you can do cardio and active sport every day, then Villa L'ensoleillée vue Panoramique Mer, is perfect for a family of four. :)

Clean, views of harbour, proximity to Menton town.
Location is difficult if planning to walk to/from train station to visit other towns along the coast. Also quite steep climb from town up lots of steps. The apartment itself isn’t a “Villa”, it was essentially a studio apartment with a small kitchen. Nice place but small - there is a balcony too.
