Accomodations were sufficient, appreciated the additional items in the kitchen of plastic bags, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. Staff was very responsive when bringing short comings to their attention.

We were four adults on Kauai for several days and spent all four nights here. We usually get a condo when we travel, so we have quite a basis for comparison, and this property was at the top of the scale in every category. It was very quiet, immaculately clean, very generously supplied with paper goods, soap, and anything you might need to cook in the kitchen. The location right across from the pool was very convenient, furniture and beds were all comfortable, there was plenty of room for good walks, and Poipu Beach was just a short drive away. This was an excellent stay for us and if we were to travel to Kauai again, we would stay here again.

Couldn't ask for a better place for our family vacation. Beautiful area with great landscape. Quiet serenity. Great amenities including beach accessories with chairs, umbrella, water shoes.....ect. Multi parking with garage and outdoor driveway . Close to all restaurants , groceries , golf course, beaches..Excellent costumer service and rapid response for our needs. I would definitely book again.

We stayed at Pili Mai 3H.. it was extremely clean and very well appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Extra towels were available. All pool /beach toys/chairs, floats etc left in the garage for your use. We loved the proximity to the pool. The closest beach is less than a 5 mile drive. there is a small shopping center walkable from the condo. I would rent this unity again.

Overall we loved this condo. It was very clean, and quiet for the most part. There were some youngsters who could be heard running above us, but it was no big deal.
The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed, as well as things we didn’t expect to find.
The condo felt new and was nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for 4 adults.
The check in process was simple and all on one page vs. a book binder of property rules.
We liked being across the street from the pool and hot tub area.
The shower pressure in 2nd bedroom could have been better, but it worked but showers took just a bit longer. Lovely spot.

I loved everything about this condo. It was the cleanest condo I’ve ever rented for a beach vacation. It was perfect for our family of four. Great location, easy to get around the island. Having the pool close by was fun for us all, too. I’d stay here again!

We enjoyed the complex and neighborhood. The unit was pretty clean and in pretty good shape. Overall we liked the unit. The oven panel doesn’t work, the sliding door in the laundry was off the track as was the window covering in the master bedroom. Stains on the beige chairs in the living room were kinda yucky. Could hear the neighbors above us 😂

Property is just like the pictures. Clean, updated and in a good location. Good communications with the property manager made for an easy stay. It was close to the pool, but not too close to have issues with noise from the pool area. We explored Kauai each day and it was great having a comfortable place to come back to at the end of each day.

The condo was one of the nicest we have stayed in. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Beds were comfortable, right across from the pool. Enjoyed use of the beach chairs, umbrellas, water shoes.

Checkin process was easy; property had smart keypad which gave us entry into the unit. Unit was easy to find. Unit has all the basic needs as listed in the listing. We did find that one of the bedroom lamps was non-functioning; also the oven did not work which they had a toaster oven on counter instead. Garage keypad code did not work but was not a huge deal since we just parked it outside anyways.

My family stayed in condo 3H for 7 nights and this condo couldn’t have been more perfect! We loved the location and it is just a short walk down to the beach and very close to a few other beaches and shopping centers. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had which made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

Close to Poipu beach and many shops around as well. Central to many vacation spots/excursions - about only a 20-30 min drive for most.
Clean, however some of the towels were dirty/stained which you can’t rly blame if they’re white and the boogie boards have a lot of used wear on them. Other than that, the place was pretty clean and spacious for 5 people. They provide everything you would need for the beach and even left a welcome basket! I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed at this property for three nights. The condo is beautiful and is located in the center of Poipu. It is spacious and immaculately clean. Our group consisted of 4 adults and had more than enough room to stretch out in.
The kitchen and laundry appliances appear to be brand new. There is access to a pool that is across the street. The pool and hot tub were amazing.
Shops and restaurants are minutes away by car, but not in walking distance.
This is by far the nicest property we have ever rented through VRBO, and we have rented many. I would rent this property again without hesitation. Just beautiful! I highly recommend this property!!

We enjoyed our stay here at Pili Mai. It's a newer development, conveniently located to everything on the south shore, a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The condo was well appointed, very clean, bright and all around a very comfortable, lovely place to stay. The condo is well supplied with everything you need, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, pool toys. There was plenty of room for our family of four. I also appreciate the kitchen is neatly organized and clean. It was also an easy and stress-free process booking, checking in/out as well. Thank you!

This was a great place for us to stay with our 4 kids, enough space for all of us and a few minutes drive to several kid friendly beaches. The condo was well maintained and even included some beach gear for us to use (beach chairs, umbrellas, water shoes, sand toys and body boards). The pool was also well maintained.The only thing I found missing was a playground on the premises to have the kids play outside of the condo before bedtime to get the last wiggles out.Overall a great place to stay and I am sure we'll be back :)

The condo was spacious, well equipped-even had laundry detergent. We were happy to have umbrellas, sand chairs and snorkels with masks to use. Loved the ice in the freezer and the extras in the kitchen. We were happy to have a ground level place and it worked out very well.

Great place to stay with a beautiful pool and hot tub. The grounds are amazing. Our condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. I think that a rental car is a must staying here just to explore the island but I prefer staying on the south side. There is limited snorkel gear at the condo and some boogie boards but we ended up purchasing ours from Costco in Lihue. There are also 2 coolers, one small and one large for use, also a vacuum which attachments, which was useful for our rental car- sand is everywhere.

We visited in June 2022 and had an amazing time. The place is clean with comfortable beds. It has a/c which worked well enough. It was a great location just across from the pool. Everyone was polite and respectful at the complex. The driveway parking is a bit tight if you rent an suv or the like. We drove all over the island but it was wonderful to return to this cozy, homey abode at the end of the day. I would definitely stay again given given the chance.
