This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo! What a beautiful condo- provides all the amenities needed for a family beach vacation! The condo is right on the beach with private access. The condo is steps to the beach and the pool. Close to downtown Cocoa beach and Kennedy Space Center!

Loved our first stay in Cocoa Beach! Cindy and Sheri’s condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Check in was a breeze! They had everything we could possibly need in the condo. First floor with easy beach access made it very convenient with little ones. We highly recommend!

They told us about the construction two weeks before, and we had no time to find something else. They were jackhammering and the noise for Jack her jaw starting at 8:20 AM not conducive to sleeping and are having a nice vacation. The management knew the construction was going on a year ago!!! They over, sprayed exterior paint all over my 2021 Honda pilot! The owners of the condo or super sweet. The condo is very well done and very well stocked.

Our condo was beautiful. The decor made you feel right at home at the beach. The condo was clean and had so many little extra amenities that you do not normally find at a condo rental. The location right on the beach was awesome. The room is also right beside the pool. That was really nice. The owners were amazing making sure we had everything we needed and they even took time to notify us about a rocket launch that we got to watch on the beach right in front of the condo. We will definitely be returning. If you are considering renting this property you will not be disappointed.

I cannot tell you how much we loved our time at this condo! The ladies were so thoughtful. Begining with the ease of check in to making recommendations on restaurants to thinking of ALL the things we could possible need during our stay to a late check out. If you are on the fence, don't hesitiate. Book this beautiful condo now...you won't be disappointed.

Everything you need
We had a great time at this location. The place is beautiful and is packed full of everything you need. We had fun at the beach and we were very close to many fun things. The owner was very responsive. We would stay here again for sure!

Perfect Condo
We had an amazing time staying here. We had 4 adults' and 2 kids and the condo was perfect. It was close enough to everything on the property (beach access, pool, etc.) but tucked away to feel private. I loved being able to use the outside grass area for the kids to run around and play. The condo was very clean and well stocked. They had a closest of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. They had some books and kids' toys, puzzles, etc. They also had some stock pantry items that you were able to use if you felt inclined. I will definitely use this condo again when we come back to Cocoa Beach. 10/10

We stayed at Cindy's and Sheri's condo for 11 days in May 2022. The condo, which has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan great room is spacious and the lay-out works well. It is beautifully updated, decorated and maintained, and is filled not only with necessities, but also with many toys, games, sports equipment and other thoughtful touches. The linens and crockery are plentiful and of good quality. The location, on the ground floor near the beach and pool, couldn't be better.
Cindy and Sheri are terrific hosts and very responsive and helpful. This is a 5-star property through and through and a wonderful place to stay. We look forward to coming back!

I was hesitant about renting a lower level condo (no view) but the convenience of walking right into our place and having a huge grassy area off the patio for our 21 month old granddaughter to roam made me so glad we chose this place! It was well stocked with kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies. The closet full of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas was more than we needed to make our beach days so fun! The basket full of books and stuff kept our little one entertained of an evening. Our beds and pillows were very comfortable and the living room furniture was the best I’ve ever experienced with Vrbo!! You will not be disappointed with the “Condo Sister’s” rentals!!

Heaven in Cocoa Beach
Our stay was perfect!! This condo was awesome as far as owners, location, condo set-up, communication, nearby restaurants and activities. Being on the ground floor, beachside was unbelievable. The condo was completely stocked- the only thing we did not find was toothpicks (LOL). We highly recommend this condo. Cindy and Sheri were AWESOME!!

Great first floor condo! Extremely well stocked Nicely furnished. Granddaughter loved her pink flamingo room. Cocoa beach is a nice sandy wide flat beach great for walking. Our daughter and son-in-law loved riding the waves with the sand beach underneath. Overall great experience!

Great first floor condo! Extremely well stocked Nicely furnished. Granddaughter loved her pink flamingo room. Cocoa beach is a nice sandy wide flat beach great for walking. Our daughter and son-in-law loved riding the waves with the sand beach underneath. Overall great experience!

Highly recommend!
This was such a great stay! We had access to everything! You are so close to everything as well! The property was clean and had all amenities and felt like a home away from home! I woke up early every morning and walked on the beach with my coffee! I would come back again and again! We loved it so much!

Great condo! Right out your door and down the path to the beach. Spacious! Comfortable beds. Everything we needed in kitchen! Easy sand rinse off station near condo entrance. BEAUTIFUL beach! My mother has mobility issues and had no problem walking to/from the parking lot or getting to the beach. Beautifully decorated with plenty of bedrooms for everyone to spread out with a spacious kitchen and living room where we could all gather. Comfy beds, huge leather sectional with plenty of room for everyone to watch movies and an outdoor patio with a non-stop breeze to sit and read a book. You can’t see the beach (just water) from the patio, but can hear the waves and people watch everyone walking to/from the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with any appliance or tool you would need and we loved the closet packed with beach toys and chairs. We were in town for a softball tournament and the drive was less than 30 minutes to Space Coast Stadium. While in Cocoa Beach we also watched a rocket launch from the beach, went on an airboat ride, went kayaking at night to see the bioluminescence, played putt putt golf and took many walks along the beach. If you are looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend this condo!

Family vacation
This property was perfect for my family of 5! Very clean and well kept, one of the best we've stayed at! It had everything we would ever need and the location was perfect. We were really thankful we didn't have to use the elevator or stairs, being on the ground level was very convenient. The beach access is close to the backdoor which was great! You can see the water from the unit but not really the beach. The owners are very helpful and responsive. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone and definitely stay here again.

Extremely clean unit. Everything was perfect! We could not believe that this unit had absolutely everything we could need (including a cork screw)! You need it? This unit has it! Will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderfully comfortable stay.

The kitchen was the most well stocked ( and with quality items) I’d seen in a long time. The decore was very inviting and welcoming. Beds were all comfy!!!
