We had a wonderful stay at Jeremy’s apartment in Cannes. The apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is excellent—right on the Croisette, but tucked away in a quiet corner, so it’s peaceful and not noisy. At the same time, it’s only about a one-minute walk from the beach, which was perfect for us. Jeremy was an exceptional host. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, and made a real effort to make sure everything was comfortable and perfect for us. He even went out of his way to help me arrange a birthday surprise for my wife, personally finding balloons and flowers. It was a very thoughtful gesture that made her birthday even more special. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be happy to come back. Highly recommended!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Man ist schnell am Bahnhof, am Hafen und auch am Palais, was für uns besonders wichtig war. Die Baustelle vom Marché Forville konnte man in der Wohnung nicht hören. Auch der stark befahrene und benachbarte Boulevard de la Ferrage ist nicht zu hören. Gute Schallisolierung. Drei separate Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer sind natürlich auch sehr nett. Es war bei Bezug sauber! Check in war super unkompliziert und die Kommunikation war top!

Leider war die Ausstattung der Wohnung nicht komplett auf eine Belegung durch sechs Personen ausgelegt. So gab es beispielsweise nur zwei Weingläser. Eins der Badezimmer ist nur über eins der Schlafzimmer zu begehen und leider nicht visuell abgetrennt (durchsichtiges Glas, und ja, man sieht alles). In diesem Bad gab es leider Probleme mit dem Abfluss der Dusche, sodass wir max. 15 Sekunden das Wasser laufen lassen konnten, sonst hätte es zur Überflutung des Badezimmers geführt. (Dies haben wir allerdings gemeldet und es soll behoben werden.) Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft innerhabt der Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Die recht kleinen Schlafzimmer werden durch dünne Schiebetüren vom Wohnraum abgegrenzt. Alle Schiebetüren lassen zudem das Licht durch, sodass es alle Zimmer erleuchtet, wenn irgendwo das Licht angeschaltet wird. Für unsere Gruppe etwas schwierig, da wir sehr unterschiedliche Schlafrhythmen hatten.

Clean, good AC. All you need in the kitchen. Nice Cheese and Vine place below apt, 30m a perfect breakfast cafe. Close to everything, quiet back street, with some cafe seatings. Clean surroundings and streets. Host very friendly and helpful. Do not agree with others that the street is loud in the morning – normal city noice.

We liked it all, the building staircase is old, but its a part of the charm. The marketplace 50 m away is under restoration, but we did not have any problems with the noise. I bet when that is done, this apartment will be a highly attractive place to rent!

Sehr gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mi dem Vermieter. Da Appartement ist einfach aber sehr modern ausgestattet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Es ist zwar eine Nebenstraße, aber morgens sehr laut, da der Markt und die anliegenden Kaffees beliefert werden.
