The room was waaaay nicer than what I thought I booked. Just needed a basic room for a one night stay between two travel days on a roadtrip. I don't know if maybe we got upgraded but the room had a full fridge, dishes, stovetop, coffeemaker, and pretty much all we could need!
Shower water pressure was weak but I was just happy to have a shower XD My toddler enjoyed having a tub to wash up in as well.

basic as expected for a hotel provided breakfast. I would prefer plain regular yogurt never provided at hotels these days. they always provide the sweet fruit yogurts. good fruit supply every day.

Facilities are clean and fine other that there is only one elevator and you are on your own when it is broken.
The attitude of the personnel in the front desk. They were unfriendly and not interested in helping. Not just a person but several people in the front desk that changed along two days.
There is only one elevator. During check out the elevator was broken. I called the front desk for help with the luggage but the lady could not care less. During our stay, we asked several questions but the answer was the same: They didn't know and they did not bother to find out".
