Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the apartment was in a perfect location. Close to shops and walking distance to cafes, restaurants and the beach. It was about 7 min drive to the marina which was a beautiful attraction. The summit Walk is a must see and fo. The view from the top was priceless!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location, great view. The unit is new and well equipped. However it was not clean. The toilet bowl had brown residues. The kids bedroom is with a window that is part of the next unit balcony - ridiculous. The emergency contact list has to be updated so the gusts have the right information who to call after hours in the case of the blackout due to faulty power points.
