Die Aussicht auf das Meer war wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist geräumig mit grossen Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern.
Man fühlte sich im Appartmentkomplex sicher, da es überall die Keycard brauchte und so keine unerwünschten Personen Zugang hatten. Front Desk / Valet Service - Angestellte waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Kontakt war etwas unpersönlich. Nach einer langen Hinreise hat die Schlüsselübergabe nicht funktioniert. Antworten auf Anfragen kamen ca. 48h später.
Ohne Auto ist man eher aufgeschmissen. Uber wurde auf die Dauer zu teuer, so dass wir uns ein Auto mieteten. Restaurants und Shops waren nicht in Gehdistanz (dafür kann die Vermieterin aber nichts)

The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very large with an amazing view and comfortable for a family with 3 bathrooms. The pool is great.
The apartment and furniture were a little old. There are no shops or coffee places in walking distances, so you need a car or uber rides.

We loved the view, it's like the picture. Huge apartment, the staff is really friendly and valet parking is not a problem
The owner didn't sign us up, we had no info about the apartment number to check in. Coming from Europe with no mobile contract was difficult. The air-conditioning is a problem, the bathrooms need a renovation, not enough equipment in the kitchen

Everything in the apartment was old .the bed were very old and uncomfortable. Need a remodeling asap also the ac in the room did not work properly 😒

The location and beach access were on point. The beach is a dream. Location is 20 min drive to south beach and 20 min drive to the city.

Extremely spacious apartment - huge living room and large sized bedrooms, a large long balcony with chairs, well equipped kitchen, a dining table to seat 6 easily, direct access to the beach and boardwalk at the rear, a huge community pool, clean common laundry facilities on same floor, valet parking. We had a very relaxing trip with a family of 4 and had pretty much all but one meal with food cooked in the kitchen. There’s a Publix grocery store 1 mile away with enough parking. The north beach area was not crowded like the south beach which was a huge plus during covid. We felt very safe. The host was very responsive on all matters. Highly recommend this place.

The beach access elevator was literally 20' away which made going to the beach perfect!
It could have been cleaner and we didn't have any extra toilet paper.

Amazing view!!! Condo was spacious, two bedrooms with three bathrooms! Valet parking with amazing staff. The Ocean is literally in your backyard! I will definitely stay there again!
Pots and pans need to be upgraded.

We stayed here for a week, we were planning to stay just 5 days but at the end we stayed the whole week and it was a wonderful experience, the condominium was so comfortable and perfectly located. I went for a surgery and meanwhile my husband and kids enjoyed the beach and pool. The owner was helpful all the time, as soon as I texted her she responded giving us a solution or answer. For sure we will be coming back next summer!

The view of the ocean was spectacular it was simply marvelous!
I really couldn't keep the patio windows open I would have loved to have the doors open the whole time but that was not possible because it was really hot there.

The owner reimbursed us 25 % of our rental amount. The view of the beach was great and parking worked well.
The communication with the owner was a nightmare. Received an email from Booking.com where we were told to contact owner by phone - left many messages, no response - apparently the owner was in Italy. Did not receive instructions how to get into the apartment until 5 pm. This was quite nerve racking since we did not know if we would receive instructions at all. BTW, check-in was advertised as 3 pm. Then we got a call from the owner's brother where he told us that the air condition was in the process of being repaired and that we had to vacate the apartment for several hours the next day. We complied, but the air condition was not repaired fully and we had to stay in a very warm apartment. I contacted the brother about the air condition, but did not believe me that it was not working correctly - so nothing happened and we ended up taking cold showers in the middle of the night.
There was mold in the apartment and it was not really clean and is in desperate need of some repairs (photos attached). It was particularly disturbing to see the ceiling in the bathroom/shower. It looked like it would cave-in at any moment.
It was nice of the owner to reimburse us about 25 % of our payment - BUT in the end this was in no relation to our misery.

OMG the views were out of this world. Crystal blue ocean for the eyes to see and beautiful white sandy beaches.
Our air conditioning went out on day 2 but the owner was on it and had someone immediately to have it fixed for us!!!

The location was good. Close to airport and nice view.
It was hot in the apartment especially at night. Yes, I did complain but nothing was done. We were miserable. It's hard to get a good night sleep when you are hot. The thermostat is so old!!!! I bought bathroom cleaner to clean the bathtub. Not clean. Furniture, comforter, sheet, all old. There wasn't a pan to bake biscuits. The cleaning lady doesn't clean around the light switch plates, doors to bathroom and bedroom are filthy!!!!! Makes you wonder if sheets are clean. The whole apartment needs a make-over. After reading some of the good reviews, I was surprised to see the condition of the apartment.

I love everything about this place !!! It was amazing ! Claudia was such a nice person and quickly responded to every text. We had a late flight and she was so nice by letting us check out at 7pm for just $60. We had an amazing time in there. Also , I love how the apartment had everything! A whole kitchen with plates and everything. Love every mirror in the rooms and dinning room. The beach front view was to die for ! It had plenty of chairs in the balcony and plenty of towels ! I will differently be booking again in the future ! I’m planning another trip
It was just few things we didn’t like
- Valet was a big issue for us. We hate the fact that we had to tip them every time we went out and we felt bad cause by the second day none of us had cash and the valet guys gave us a mad face every time we didn’t tip. They took forever to bring our care back and it wasn’t even busy. I just wish we could’ve park the car our selves instead of letting valet do it. But yes valet was a huge issue for us that we hated.
-The floors were really dirty when we got there. We couldn’t walk barefoot.
-clogged shower and shower head had too much pressure and couldn’t change it (in the master room)
-Really cold hallways lol
