Surf Park is so cute and comfortable. The perfect spot for a Valentine's beach getaway. We were able to walk and bike to all of our favorite spots for eating and relaxing.
We will definitely return.

I was in town for 1.5 weeks; this property was clean, cute, and updated with plenty of amenities I didn’t really need, but were nice to have (i.e. firepit, hammock, beach items). The location near Jax Beach was great, and the check in and check out process were seamless. Would rent again.

Our stay at Surf Park was perfect. I was having surgery at Mayo and needed to stay in the area for two weeks. As we had to bring our Westies with us, we chose a property that allowed dogs as well as a quick drive to Mayo. The home and yard were absolutely met our requirements. The home was comfortable, well appointed with everything we needed. And the dogs loved the fenced in yard. It felt like home. Thank you, Heather … we hope to come back and enjoy the property again when Im healed!

Enjoyed our stay at surf park. The home was modern, clean and close to the beach, restaurants, etc. Perfect for our small family and our fur babies loved the back yard. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Jax.

Heather's place was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed and a plus for us that she had the beach wagon and chairs. The bathrooms were very nicely done and also super clean. The backyard was very nicely kept and loved the fact that we could let our dog out to roam and feel safe. Location was great and just a few mins walk to the beach and close to many coffee shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place!

My mom had her annual appt at Mayo Clinic so my wife and I brought her down and made a weekend out of it. Very close to the clinic, right off the beach. it was perfect.

Great location for my wife and daughter to scout out the area. The main ingredients for a great stay were met and exceeded. Comfortable home, comfortable beds, great location to see Atlantic or Neptune beach.
Also, the backyard is a great spot to have lunch or just rest and relax.

We recently had the pleasure of staying here just three blocks away from the Beach, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. We spent four nights in this cozy haven, and it felt like a home away from home. Our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Any questions we had were met with prompt and friendly replies, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Just a short three-block stroll from the beach! Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The pet-friendly atmosphere, the convenient location near the beach and dining made our stay wonderful.
We are already looking forward to our next visit.

This trip to Jacksonville was a last minute decision with a friend to see our daughters’ sports team play in the area. Our stay at Surf Park made it a much needed weekend of rest and renewal! The home is fantastic with many thoughtful details that make it feel cozy and comfortable. The backyard is amazing. We loved the location near the beach.

Thank you for providing such a beautiful, clean, fun home for a beach vacation! The indoor space was very well appointed and the outdoor area was exactly what I needed with dogs and to cook/entertain for dinner! Everything was exactly as described and more. Heather made the reservation easy, was readily available and on top of every detail.

This cute little home was a comfortable place to spend a week. While we enjoyed our stay, it would have been even better if it was on the other side of the busy A1A main road which made beach access a pain - but I'm spoiled as I normally stay right on the beach, not 3 blocks away. I also would have preferred a newer style home, with in-bedroom bathrooms, and I personally found the main bathroom frustrating to use. The back yard is wonderful, making it super easy to manage our two small dogs while on vacation. The kitchen was great for cooking, but with so many great restaurants in the area, we didn't cook much. While I would happily stay here again, at the same time I'd prefer a modern beachfront property even if it cost more.

The location is great. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom bungalow was well appointed and clean. Would consider booking again and recommend for 1-4 guests.

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway with my two small poodles. Excellent location, beautiful backyard, and super cute house. Everything you need! The owner was so responsive to my messages when I had a few questions. I highly recommend this place and plan to stay there again when I’m back in Jax Beach!

Surf Park was the perfect place for spring break with our two 15-year-old boys and two pups. There was plenty of space and really nice to have two bathrooms. The back yard was a fun hang out spot for humans and pups - esp loved the hammock! The kitchen was well equipped (the utensils are in the drawer above the garbage can if you can’t find them!). We rented a wetsuit from the dive shop behind the house for surfing. We chose to drive over to the beach each day because the main road was just too busy/big to cross while walking. There’s a free beach parking lot at the end of the road and we never had an issue finding a space. The pier is a short drive (or walk) away. Check out the ice cream shop across the street in the back of the Circle K, too! We’d definitely choose this house again!

The home is so beautifully furnished, peaceful, and inviting. My daughter and I had a life changing experience, so much so, that we decided to stay at Jacksonville Beach for a year, not just 1 month! Heather was very instrumental in helping us from the booking and supporting us in too many ways to enumerate here. This is THE PLACE TO BE IN JAX BEACH!

I stayed at this property for a few days over the holiday and it was perfect. Very clean, light and bright, well decorated and nice amenities. The fenced in backyard and fire pit were fantastic. Very close proximity to the beach. Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Surf Park House...everything needed was available and the location can't be beat. Although the weather didn't cooperate, there were plenty of card/board games to occupy our time - would definitely stay again!
