Perfect location in Chiaia district. Close to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. Area felt very safe. Room was comfortable.

A couple of hiccups were handled promptly. We would stay here again.

Very nice and centrally located apartment. Near 2 carparks ( we used Morelli, which was ideal and 3 mins on foot). Good communication. Property is quiet and has a small balcony. Aircon worked well. Can recommend the property.

All was good!

The building was in a really nice part of Naples that I was very glad to visit. Plenty of shops, restaurants etc. It's a bit more relaxed/upmarket compared to the main tourist centre and makes a great base for a visit. It is easily accessible on public transport. The flat was secure and clean, and as photographed. It was spacious and had good facilities plus good bathroom amenities. The bedroom was big and there was a balcony accessible via both the balcony and kitchen.

No wifi code was provided prior to arrival or anywhere in the flat. I had to message for this, and it was provided after a short delay.

The pictures on the site clearly show a lovely breakfast tray on the balcony table and /or inside the room... this is not correct.. one is given a ticket to use at a bar nearby on the street.. this was fine by me but not expected and I suspect not everyones preference? The area around Piazza Martiri is excellent for upmarket shops but the "apartment" doesn't reflect this!!1

I have not the faintest idea HOW ON EARTH this warrants mostly 9/10 in reviews!!!! I am a solo traveller who likes plenty of space . I assumed that "a SUPERIOR apartment " meant " something of high standard and it says it has a living room." ???? What they meant by " superior" was only that it had two rooms!! The one with the proper bed was Ok but I expected the other to be a living room with appropriate furnishings. The second room was small and almost empty with just a none too attractive sofa bed.. and a small table with two chairs ...very boringly furnished and uninviting . The "kitchen" area was minute. The Bathroom shower is dangerous!!! it was in a very narrow bath and there is no railing for support or to help get in and out and if "Heaven Forbid" you should lean or fall against the glass screen at the side....this isn't fixed and just moves away.... .... incredibly difficult to negotiate if you are not too agile or steady on your feet!!! THERE WAS NO LIVING ROOM.
