This rental was very nice and on a beautiful lake. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Our stay was very relaxing and we would definitely recommend this property. The owner was very nice and helpful too.

Spent a weekend at the Stone house for a bachelorette party. This house is amazing. Not only has it's own character, but all the personal touches that the owner's have added makes it perfect. Most places you rent supplies only the very basic things, but this house has it all. From salt and pepper to foil (that we forgot) was there. In return, we left some things behind for future renters. Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful place! Kim Sanderson and friends

My husband and I can not say enough about our stay at the Stone House, in Cleveland New York! Simply loved everything about our three week stay! Hosts Andy and Jeremy were exceptional… always attentive and available, in a kind and caring manner. The beautiful lake and wildlife are inspiring. We will miss having our morning coffee on the deck, enjoying our afternoons down by the lake and spending our evenings by the fire pit! Comfy, Cozy, Casual and simply the best! 👍❤️😊

We had such a lovely stay. The property is exactly as listed. We enjoyed spending time on the porch outside and watching the sky over the lake. Plenty of room to cook and eat dinner inside. It was just the perfect place to spend a few fall days in Nee York.

We were very pleased with the accommodations. Did not realize that it was right on a major highway...so it was a bit loud with the highway traffic. Jeremy was very helpful.

Jeremy and Andy were great hosts. Very sweet and welcoming. They were very responsive and making sure our experience was not hindered in any way. House was amazing, view was amazing. It was indeed a vacation for us. A refreshing one! We made beautiful memories. You guys and the house are part of our life. A happy part! Thank you Jeremy and Andy!

We had such a nice time at the stone house. Jeremy was great at responding to every question. The house was just beautiful and had everything we needed with some extra touches we loved. We swam in the lake and had coffee on the patio. Wish I was there longer and will definitely be my first choice to go back to.

This 130-year-old stone house is full of charm. Fairly large kitchen with anything you would need, and really large living room. We were there for just three nights but went to some burger restaurants and the pancake house (Sylvan Beach). Jeremy was very responsive to any questions we had. Obvious that a lot of care was put into renovations to this home. Thank you, Jeremy!

The house was in a quiet neighborhood and good location for lake life. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck for morning coffee and walking down to the lakefront thru the big yard. Our favorite part was being able to kayak right from our dock. The owner was friendly, great with communication and was very accommodating.

The Change of Pace We Needed
The charming stone house brings rustic and modern together for a comfortable and homey stay. After a hectic couple of months of downsizing / selling our home, our stay at the Stone House was the perfect change of pace.

Was prefect for our grandkids!!!
The yard is huge and away from the road very important to us with the kids. The swimming area isn’t the best for the 2 year olds because of the rocks when you walk out, but for our 6 year olds it was prefect. Sitting by the fire looking at the water was amazing. The house was big enough for the entire family! We had a great time! We will be back! Jeremy, was very accommodating.

Nice Little Camp Stay
My fiance and I stayed here while visiting family in the area. We didn't spend too much time enjoying the house since we were visiting with our family at their place. However, we both worked from here and the WiFi was perfect for our video calls.
There were lots of bugs (mayflies, I think) everywhere! The property owner couldn't do anything about that, but thankfully, with the AC units (which worked really well) we were able to keep them out of the house.
Overall, everything was clean and comfortable for our little work-from-camp trip.

The Stone House was absolutely beautiful. The house was super clean and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Jeremy was awesome. He communicated very well and made our check in and out very easy. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Family getaway
My family a wonderful time at the Stone House. We loved the decor and appreciated all of the amenities available to us, especially the deck where we enjoyed our coffee early in the morning and did some great stargazing at night. The serenity of the lake and surrounding area allowed us all to recharge and enjoy each other's company. Jeremy was an attentive and communicative host and Daryl was so helpful during our stay and kept the property immaculate. Thank you Jeremy, Andy and Daryl for a lovely visit

Amazing Family Vacation
what an amazing house, super clean, very spacious, and updated. huge first-floor space, great bunk beds for the family.. The deck was amazing. All the amenities you would need to cook great meals. The second-floor stairs were pretty steep and it was a little further from the water than anticipated. But highly recommended

Very nice place, comfortable. Very nice view of the lake. The caretaker on site was nice and helpful as well. The only downside is the master bedroom (and the laundry) are upstairs and the stairway is steep and narrow. Handrail has no gap between the wall at the top. I suggest putting spacers increasing in thickness by a 1/4" on the brackets so there is a 1" gap when the railing reaches the thicker part of the wall. Jeremy - call me if you need to. Over all a pleasant stay!!!

Very nice place, comfortable. Very nice view of the lake. The caretaker on site was nice and helpful as well.
