Great location as we were visiting bike park wales which was around 5 minutes drive away.
Nice, light airy decor and good communication from hosts. Parking was ideal and easy right outside the property. Good size and comfortable. Shower was good.
Train station right next door which was a little noisy but didn't impact us once asleep. Cant be helped and wouldnt stop me staying again.

Great location for getting out and about
Everything is setup well for a stay with everything you need.
Bathroom needs a deep clean as ledges and bath surround has engrained dirt. Simple addition of a bath mat, hooks for clothes and towels would make a difference.
