Gepetto's - Beautiful stay in the Historic centre of Ghent -

Location was good

Entry had trash inside the gate leading to the door. Street noise was pretty loud.

The room was very new clean and state of the art. Awesome walkin in shower, great king bed, frige coffee maker, outdoor patio to breath in the fresh air. Exceeded my expectation. Close to all restaurant and really liked the DrippleKot next door. Best place to stay great sleeps cant say enough how we enjoyed our stay.

It was all great for us. Nothing I can say I didn't like.

We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t have been happier with this accommodation! The location was perfect – right in the heart of the city, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, cafés, and pubs, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The room exceeded all of our expectations. It was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax, and even featured a cozy seating area with a small sofa and a TV. Every detail of the interior was thoughtfully designed, creating a stylish and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We can recommend this accommodation 100% and would definitely stay here again. A truly wonderful experience!

The room was comfortable, quiet, and in a good location.

The biggest issue with the room was cleanliness. It is unacceptable not to carry out at least a proper cleanliness check of the bathroom. Beyond that, the room generally needed much more careful cleaning, as hair, stains on the sheets, a dirty fridge, dust, and visible cobwebs indicated careless and superficial cleaning. Regarding communication, the owner was absent throughout our stay, did not reply to the Booking chat (to the only question we asked), and showed no interest in addressing any needs. As for amenities, they were almost non-existent, and we had to buy everything ourselves, such as soap and toilet paper. The Wi-Fi connection was mediocre to poor, and the room is definitely not suitable for anything beyond sleeping and showering.
