The staff were all friendly and helpful. The Complimentary Shuttle Service was a bonus. Thanks for the welcome stay after a long journey.
A smidge run down, but really this did not matter. It was clean with a comfortable bed and super clean sheets

Location near to the airport was great, as was the courier service from ORT Vista to the departure halls. The staff even offer to take you to the airport to buy food for the evening.
The accommodation was a bit dated and needs a good spruce up.

Room was smelling of paint the carpet is dirty the aircon was not working and the bathroom basin water hardly had water flow. The mattresses you can feel the springs coming through the mattress it needs to be replaced.
