Hotel Terrazza Magenta

This hotel was great value and less than 5 minutes walk from Termini station for trains, buses, eateries and a supermarket. The hotel was spotless and cleaners came each day. The communal kitchen had a large fridge and microwave so we could make our own tea and coffee and there was a lovely terrace to sit outside. The air conditioning worked perfectly during the 40 plus degree heat we experienced. The TV and hot water were also good. A lot provided access to the hotel so it would be a good option for those with mobility problems. We saw two staff at limited times during our stay and they appeared to align their times with people arriving and then leave. This created a nice vibe of only being monitored by a camera in the hallway, rather than in person. Great value for money. We would stay here again if returning to Rome.

Nothing.

Posizione super comoda, attaccata all'ingresso principale della stazione di Termini. Gradevole anche l'area ristoro comune.

L'aria condizionata, funziona ma anche accesa al minimo esce molto fredda e quindi decidere se usarla o meno è un po' complicato

Clean comfortable and close to train station

The elevator lol. It is ancient a bit intimidating. Also the working of the elevator ( the chain, brick counter weight all were filthy and had long greasy dust strands hanging form it. Also the banisters on the stairs need to be cleaned thoroughly. However this is for the whole building I believe.
