Breakfast was very good and location suited us well.
The one room had cold water. The rest was all good.

Great location, fantastic room layout. Super neat. Friendly staff
The rooms are non-smoking, but the smoke of the staff makes the whole reception smell like smoke, which can be unpleasant for guests who are non-smokers.

The host was friendly. The facilities were nice. I enjoyed my stay.
I didn't like the old shower and that the bathroom door did not lock.

Easily accessible from main routes.
Few shops not too far off.
Close to Uni Business School.
Good Hosts.
My room was a bit stuffy/muffy in smell.
DSTV was not operational which the host disclosed upfront (thank you) but I did not mind as I am studying.
Slightly old-ish
