Very homey and comfortable. Had everything you need including beach chairs and umbrellas!
Stylish and so close to the beach

The apartment was a lot bigger than I anticipated. The location was close to all the Folly Beach attractions. There was underground utility work in the area, but it didn't impact or stay. We didn't notice any issues with noise, other than trash pickup.
The fan switch in the range hood was a little finicky, but nothing we couldn't work around. The pillows were a bit too squishy for me. A/C in the bedroom on the Hudson Street/Balcony side was a bit noisy.

The Folly Beach apartment was fantastic! The location was unbeatable, and the price was well worth every penny. The reps were attentive, and it was great to have beach equipment readily available.
The only minor hiccup was a non-working living room TV remote one evening, but the staff offered to come fix it immediately. We declined since it wasn't urgent.

Location was great. Easy access to beach. Nice furnishings. Beds were comfortable and unit had plenty of towels. Nice to have washer and dryer. Nice that beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart were provided. Great touch.
The trash bi s were over full. From day one. Finally emptied the day of departure. Smell around trash bins was unpleasant to say the least. Air conditioning unit was not sized to the unit. Had to leave bedroom doors open at not so has not to get to hot.
