Sunny day apartment is a great choice for a couple. Comfy, easy to find and there is everything you need to stay comfortable. There is a beautiful view from the terrace especially from the sun terrace (which is on the top floor and every guests are allowed to use it). Jose is more a friend than a host :). He contacted us frequently through whatsupp just to check if everything is fine. Based on his recommendation we found good restaurants and valuable places worth to see. Our 4 night stay will be an unforgettable memory. Jose, thank you for everything <3.

Excellent location in a nice living area of Arguineguin. Both beaches are only about 200m away. Many restaurants are within walking distance. A small supermarket is just around the corner, the large HiperDino about 500m away. Parking in the streets was not a problem. The building is completely new and well designed. All three apartments have sea-view and there is a nice rooftop terrace. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Wi-Fi was fast (40 to 75 Mbps) and stable. José is a very friendly and helpful host.

We loved the stay in the appartment- it fulfilled our expectations fully. Jose is a super friendly host, who was always willing to help! He can tell you anything you want about the neighbourhood, restaurants etc. During our 2 weeks stay, the bedsheet were changed. The iron was available at request. The laundry room is also available in the basement. We stayed at the second floor, with the great balcony and the view at the ocean. The seats on the balcony were very comfortable and are most of the day in a nice shadow. Additionally, we could use the second terrace on the roof with the beautifull view (it is shared between all of the appartments, but we didn't see our neighbours there) The wi-fi was excellent. We have been working remotly from the appartment and we didn't have any trouble with the internet connection. We fully recommend this appartment and if we will visit Gran Canaria again, for sure we would love to stay there again!

The fantastic sea view, the sound of the sea and the beautiful roof terrace.

The apartment was well located and also convenient for taking the bus/arriving by bus from the airport. Supermarkets are in walking distance (appr. 10 min). The large balcony is amazing with a great view onto the sea/the beach. The apartment was super clean and furnished with taste. The hosts José and Andrea are very kind and dedicated people! They very much care about their guests!

The apartment and all the equipment is completely new and the roof terrace is pretty nice. Also the owner was very helpful and really tried to help us in any way.

There were some basic utensils missing, also there is no air conditioning and the fan is sometimes really not enough, so we were quite hot during the night. Also, the published photos showed an amazing sea view, when in reality the view from the apartment is on the neighbouring houses and on the local beach with the cement factory. The view in reality was so different from the published photos that we first thought we are in the wrong apartment.

Super apartment with great balcony and very close to 2 beaches (both within 3 min by foot). On the roof there is an additional spot with solarium and sun beds, which we used too. Amazing little village with the most amazing Teide sundown views. Parking easy nearby. Planning to stay again!

The owner is an extremely kind and helpful man and speaks very good English. Jose helped me surprise my boyfriend with cake and wine for his birthday and kept in touch daily to ask if we had everything we needed or could help us in anyway. He also provided good tips for local restaurants and fun activities to do in Gran Canaria. The apartment itself is no-frills, but comfortable, and the terrace on top of the building is a cozy setting for a glass of wine at sunset.

The room was on the ground floor, so no view of its own; the shower drain was working very slowly; also, there was some construction work in the building so it could get noisy in the mornings, but this would of course be temporary.
