Very modern hotel. Staff amazing. Next to the university but in a quiet location. Tram 3 is 2 minute walk away. Walking distance from the WWK arena. Rooms were amazing. Free wifi and free parking. Breakfast was delicious.

Room was a good layout and size, grocery store nearby was helpful.
Staff seemed inexperienced, bar staff seemed to want to be any where but there, hotel is hard to find. When arriving at 10pm, no one answered the bell and took much longer than needed to get someone to come around. It lacked signage to help find where the hotel really way, its in a mixed use building with the hotel on upper floors.

The suite was spacious. But the noise from the gym would shake the room all day and into the evening.
