This is a lovely property, with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Comfortable beds, air conditioning and quiet, although there are some villas being built not far away with some noise from 8am, but didn’t spoil the stay. There are two mini markets 10 mins away and a cafe (lunch and ice creams are great) also 10-13 mins away.It is good for walking along the cliff edge with a wooden broad walk and look out points over the cliffs out to sea. There are lots of coves with steps, we didn’t go down to any of the beaches.Lagos was a 25 minute walk but we just used Ubers which were cheap both ways. We went here most nights to eat, there were loads of restaurants to choose from.We went on a late afternoon boat trip to see the caves and have a swim, organised by the hosts Vicky and Amy, this was lovely.Went to QPA riding centre for an hours horse riding 20 mins from the villa again we used Ubers. We had booked a kayaking tour but this was cancelled due to the wind and rough sea and couldn’t rebook as it was our last day Overall this area is a great place to visit.

An excellent stay with grown up children and their partners. The accommodation and patio/pool area were perfect for 7 of us. Walking distance from the hustle and bustle of old town Lagos but also a very cheap taxi ride home if you don’t want to walk back uphill. The family enjoyed the proximity to the boardwalk along the coast for their morning runs. We all had a fabulous time.

We dealt with Algarve Accommodation, who were very good, excellent communication. The villa comfortably accommodated the 8 of us (6 adults, 2 children). Plenty of utensils, chairs etc. Set in a very quiet area, well away from the bustle of Lagos. The walk to and from town in the August heat was a little too much but lovely coastal walk with accessible, natural beaches very nearby. We all agreed the villa does really need some TLC. Pool area looking very sad, windows could do with upgrade etc. Also disappointing we had to pay 40 Euros to hire a travlecot for the week. After all, the child already is a paying customer and yet he had to pay extra for his own bed. Very unfair and unreasonable. We had lots of fun and an enjoyable stay but improvements needed.
