Very nice stay in Gyumri. The owner is very nice, she leaves across, and as there was no other guests we had the whole small house for ourselves! Very comfortable bed, good facilities and a small equipped kitchen. There wasn't AC, but the house keeps very cool (even though it was hot in Gyumri), the temp was perfect.
It's also very well located, a quick 2min walk to the main square. Great value, highly recommended!
Only thing is it's not easy to find as there's no sign, but we asked around and got directed very fast

The place was right in the city center. It was very clean. The host provided extra coffee, additional portable radiator for extra heating, a cot was available for my little one. Recommended!
