Perfect gelegen middenin het charmante rustige dorp. We hadden een appartement met een badkamer in elke slaapkamer en een zeer ruim balkon!
De gastvrouw is uiterst vriendelijk!
Keuken faciliteiten waren ietwat beperkt, maar we hadden uiteindelijk alles wat we nodig hadden.

Spacious chalet in a good central location with beautiful views. Comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. Warm and cosy and with space to park the car. Excellent choice if renting the entire chalet.
We rented the chalet as a group of 8 (our family of 5, my sister + her son, our mother). In that constellation it works. The rooms can however be rented separately, which would mean you would need to share the kitchen/dining and living room space. I think it could be awkward sharing the limited kitchen space with other guests. The kitchen was also not very well equipped though the hosts did bring some wine glasses when we asked for them and there was nothign in the way of washing up liquid, hand soap, washing up sponges etc.

Very nice location just in the centre of Alpbach, with wonderfull view from all rooms to village beneath and mountains in front. Ski shops and groceries 300 meters distance, ski bus 50 meters down the hill. Parking 5 meters to the door. Premises with a lot of air, high ceilings and very cosy and clean. Was warm in winter time, not sure about summer warmth, as I couldn't see any aircond and there is a lot of big windows facing south.
No kitchen towels, sponges and trash bags, so better hurry to Spar store near, as it is open till 18:30 (2026 january info).

Die Lage war toll und die Aussicht, dazu der Privatparkplatz. Das Bad wurde komplett renoviert und es hatte Fußbodenheizung. Wir waren schnell im Ort und konnten fast alles zu Fuß erledigen.
Der Weg zum Eingang war in der Nacht sehr dunkel und man benötigt ein Handylicht oder Taschenlampe, damit man nicht stürzt. Der Eingang geht über die Terrasse und nicht über eine Haustüre, dadurch kann man auch nicht am Eingang direkt Licht machen => weiter mit einem Handylicht in das Zimmer rein und dann erst den Lichtschalter suchen. Das Bad war recht dunkel bzw. die Beleuchtung nicht wirklich hell. Das Toilettenwasser ist nur sehr sehr langsam nach gelaufen was eine Wartezeit von ca. 4-5 min bedeutet bei zwei Menschen die nacheinander müssen.
