Perfect for a large group, especially if splitting the group is needed. Off the beaten path but still easy range to groceries and such. We repeat annually.

Had a great family trip. Houses had everything we needed and was great location. Beautiful sunrises, had fun fishing (though wish the dock was longer), enjoyed the pool. With permission from hosts, we were able to put an enclosed fire pit in the large area between the two houses to get out of the wind and just enjoy gathering around the fire in the evenings. Made so many amazing memories. Could use a bit more attention to cleaning prior to our arrival, but it didn't deter from our trip at all.

We had a good time. Location is great. Interior condition of rooms pretty nice for old keys style. Exterior of building needs pressure cleaning and painting. Patio deck needs pressure cleaning and painting. Mold on exterior house and pool deck. Looks like no exterior care whatsoever. Major seaweed at ramp and stairs leading into water very slippery with mold.
