Excellent location, with lovely view of the Abbaye aux Hommes spires over the rooftops opposite. It's a cosy little apartment with a comfortable bed, a decent, well lit mirror in the bathroom (lacking in most other places we stayed) and the Kitchen is well equipped. Parking on-site - although no space when we first arrived we were fine after that.
The images of the flat gave an impression of a more spacious apartment, which is why I booked it. We were at the end of a long trip and we had luggage. So although the bedroom is manageable, it doesn't have much usable storage. For a short City Break it would be absolutely fine.

Convenient to cafes and transportation
Too dark and scary at night. Lots of stairs and difficult entry.

Location and free parking
The sneaky way they required a security deposit. This should have been listed on booking.com so it doesn’t come as a surprise.
The 50cm step up into the shower was extremely dangerous and not what you expect in a normal shower.
Space around the bed due to the size of the bedroom was also annoying.
