The location, breakfast and staff
The bed is a bit uncomfortable, waking up with back pain

Room was much bigger than we anticipated with a kitchenette area (not that we cooked anything). Breakfast was included in the room rate, and it was excellent, lots of both western (cooked and cereal) and japanese choices (better than many larger hotels, in fact). The beds were firm but the pillows were good.
Signage for the washing machine was almost non-existent - yes, I hunted everywhere for it and only found one small notice high up in the lift on our last day. Please make the signage MUCH larger and perhaps at eye level in the lift.

Great value for money. Great breakfast. Great location. Free welcome drinks between 4-10pm.
Tried to join the morning run advertised in the lobby but didn’t see or hear from the organiser when I tried to contact them.

Location was good and it was secure
Room was dirty, other hair from previous guests I’d imagine. My partner and I don’t have long black hair. The toilet also smelt really bad for the week, we didn’t say anything as we didn’t want to sound rude but I wouldn’t stay again purely based off cleanliness and the bathroom smell
