Excellent location with friendly and helpful owner
A little noisy at night but not unbearable and no daily room service.

The location was exceptional - so close to everything. Lots of great food options nearby. Just on the outskirts of the old city. Walking distance to the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and very informative. Nearby is the Love Stories Museum which is really cute and fun to visit.
That we didn't stay longer in Dubrovnik.

Location
Very simple, essential accommodation, run-down bathroom, no handle and soap dish in shower stall, TV not working, no safery railing in front of the main street entrance, sea view obstructed by drying laundry hung in the opposite terrace, no space to put suitcases.
