We loved our stay in this cute gem of a mid century neighborhood that is just minutes away from Busch Gardens and Hard Rock Casino. The house is well equipped to be comfortable for a much larger group than the 4 in our party. If we had cooked, we would have appreciated the kitchen and outdoor fridge more than we did. Watching the pelicans and other birds on the lake from the pool was a highlight. Yes, the neighborhood is in an industrial area of Tampa, and like any older neighborhood a few houses are ready to be flipped, but I walked the neighborhood daily and felt safe. The pool was clean and so relaxing. We would happily stay here again the next time we visit Tampa.

Home was as described. It was a great home base for my team as we worked in the Tampa area. Home was well stocked for preparing meals, even included an air fryer which we used. Would stay there again.

We booked this property for a family vacation with our young kids. The enclosed porch area with a door to the pool area was wonderful to ensure their safety. The house had ample space for us. However, there were a couple of down sides to the house: first, the neighborhood did not feel like we were in the safest part of the area (to note: we had zero issues); second, the wifi went out multiple times - no real issue just inconvenient; third, the propane tank was empty when we went to use it with no replacement (my husband went to get it filled and we were reimbursed) again, no real issue just an inconvenience; and lastly, on the last few days there was maintenance on the street and we had to boil all water before use - no fault of the owner just another inconvenience. The house was very well stocked and had more than we expected - there was a pack and play and high chair there already which we did not see in the listing. Overall the cleanliness was ok - the floors were still pretty dirty and we found ourselves washing our feet after walking around inside. We did communicate with Judy on multiple occasions and she was always extremely responsive and let us check in a couple hours early. Overall our stay was fine but, with a bit more attention to detail this place could be great.

We stayed the Fourth of July week and got to see amazing fireworks all around the lake. The house was beautiful with plenty of bedrooms and beds for our group. Beds and pillows were very comfy. The new pool was perfect, loved the little landing to lounge in the water while watching the kids. Plenty of towels and even had pool floats to use. My only complaint was the back bedroom didn’t get very good AC, but nothing that ruined our stay. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again of even in the area. The host was great responding to all my questions before our trip with quick replies.

Drive and exterior of home looked very worn. However, inside the home was nicely renovated and contained everything we needed. We had a couple issues with the home but landlord responded quickly. The overall highlight was the beautiful pool and view and the duck family that greeted us daily. It worked for our family and everyone was able to relax and enjoy their time together.

House is spacious and comfortable. Pool and back patio were very nice. A view of the lake offered many bird varieties for an additionally peaceful experience. Location was good for our family - 20 minutes from airport, downtown, good food, and the parks; 45 minutes from Clearwater Beach.

This house was perfect for a family get together. The house was exactly as described and offered so much space for us to freely move about. The screened in pool was a great addition as well.

We loved staying at this property with a very nice huge lanai and a view of huge lake. It was a complete exciting experience when you wake up with the magnificent view of lake and birds swimming every day morning . It is completely remodeled from inside and everything was as described in the listing. We enjoyed staying at this place and will definitely revisit.

Enough space for everyone to spread out, nice, well appointed rooms and a great kitchen. The only thing I would add would be more cooking items like measuring spoons, cutting boards, more pots and pans and ovenproof glassware. Great backyard and a great pool that is being built will make this home even better. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you.

The hosts were so responsive to any questions that came up prior to our arrival. The space was perfect for our adult family of 7. Plenty of rooms with comfortable beds. All the necessities were provided in the kitchen eliminating the need to eat out. The location was great....near the expressway and close to downtown Tampa. Would definitely rent this house in the future. Thank you Judy for your attentiveness and hospitality!
