Loved the setting! So beautiful, with mountains all around me! The cottage was very cozy, clean, and comfortable….perfect for a couple, or a single, like me. Very close to Palmer and Farm Loop, yet set back in the tress for privacy. Rob and Vanessa were great hosts!

The cabin is awesome. It has everything you need. We didn’t get to meet Rob as he was out of town working but Vanessa was very helpful to us. And she was gracious enough to let my wife play with her dogs. If we ever get back that way we will definitely stay with them again.

Lovely little cabin in a peaceful location

This cute little cabin in the woods has everything you will need for your stay. Communication was prompt. I needed to make a change in my reservation and it was done right away and my account refunded one night's stay. Great little place to stay. The only draw back is that you can't see the gorgeous mountains you are surrounded by deep in the wooded area.

The place was outstanding, extra little details that make your stay even better. We arrived earlier than expected because I wasn’t feeling well, we planned on just hanging out in the car until it was time to check in but the owners seen us and so graciously let us in early. This was a perfect little cabin in the woods my only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer

Vanessa and Rob were excellent hosts. The location was great, right in the middle of everything for sightseeing. The cabin was cute, cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed. I loved the reviews and pics when I first started looking, I booked my first 3 nights and our last 3 nights there in our 10 night stay. I would recommend this location to anyone

This was our first stay at this property. It is all a cottage in the woods would be. Charming, well decorated, very clean,had all you would need for your stay. Fire pit and wood provided if you wanted to sit by the fire. Close to Palmer if you need supplies or dinner out, easy to find with the owners great directions. Rob and Vanessa were very accommodating and I would stay there again

Nice little cabin, nestled in the woods not so far from civilization, but yet still close to towns and access to restaurants and grocery stores. (4 miles) The host were very nice and easy to get a hold of. We had no problems with anything. It was a very nice 7 day stay.

It was only a 5-minute drive from downtown Palmer and the property was perfect and spotless. Everything was brand new in it and I would totally stay there again.

This was the second time I stayed in one of Rob's and Vanessa's cottages in Palmer. The cottage is just the perfect size for me as a solo traveler. Like the other, slightly bigger cottage, this one is decorated with a lot of attention for details. Vanessa certainly knows what is needed. Everything is available for a pleasant stay, a well equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom stocked with all the essentials one needs. The bedroom is nicely decorated with a bed big enough to sleep two very comfortably. Just to provide you with a very brief description of the floor plan: you enter the cottage into the combined kitchen living area. The kitchen faces the entrance door. To the right two nice armchairs and a coffee table provide a nice seating area. A folding table is available as well, if needed. A corridor connects the living area with the bedroom and the bathroom which is to the left. The bathroom features a shower and a vanity with a mirror large enough for what ever is needed, brushing your teeth, shaving or taking care of your hairstyle. For those of you who might be concerned about heating in the long and at times fierce Alaska winters, it was always cozy and one will not have to fear to have to stay in a cold little cabin. On top of all, Rob and Vanessa are very caring hosts. In short and to wrap it up; for me it's the place to stay whenever I am in Palmer.

Met every expectation!

This property was perfect to come back to after long days out in town. Super clean, comfortable and quiet to unwind. Internet was great so I could work from my laptop in the mornings before heading out for the day. Updated keurig for all my caffeine requirements and an amazing owner who communicated well and was genuinely interested in making your stay memorable. Very highly recommend!!

This cute little cottage is the perfect getaway - it has all the charms of a cottage and quiet, secluded, and super clean. The hosts were fantastic and were super communicators! We can hardly wait to return!

New construction well made thoughtfully designed and appointed cottage. In the woods but 5 minutes from town. Great location, great directions from owners. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We visited Palmer during peak heat season where we are from, so the rain and cold was a shock to our systems! This cute little cottage holds heat SO well which made us extremely comfortable & it was a great place to come home to after being outside adventuring all day. We rented this little cottage to stay in for our elopement, it was a fantastic place to get ready which was a plus! The owners are very sweet and I would highly recommend!

It was a quaint little place that was the perfect size for us. Stayed for our anniversary weekend. Property was quiet, private and peaceful. Place had all necessary amenities and was very clean. Beautiful location. If we’re in the area again we will definitely return.

Can’t say enough about this little cottage in the woods. Excellent hosts, location is perfect ,easy access to many different places to see. Clean as a whistle as my Momma use to say, lol . Very workable kitchen ,we were able to cook all our simple meals. Book it!

This place is beautiful and I will definitely stay here again and again. It is beautifully decorated and has everything that you need. It is a 5 star for sure!!
