Great size and a brilliant location, small but affordable shop within a 10 minute walk from my hotel room. Large storage and a good sized bathroom. Really close to the train station which takes around 15 minutes to arrive in the centre of Paris.

The bathroom had a strange smell the whole weekend, not entirely sure what it was smelled like the pipes. Also the bottom sheet was very thin and came up easily and the paper beneath tore.

The room is confortable, with a good bed, a great bathroom and a good central heating system. There is an elevator in the building. It is located in a safe and pleasant small upper middle class town, which is a 10-minute train ride from Paris city center.

The receptionist (front desk agent) was supposed to send me the door smart lock code in the day of our arrival, but forgot to do it. As he doesn't have a Whatsapp or other means of contact which takes internet voice calls, I had to pay for an ordinary phone call in France to request the code, since we would check in after the reception (front desk) closing time. And I had to call him twice before he finally sent me the code. The way between the building and the night bus stop includes a 300-meter (1,000 feet) stretch of narrow road surrounded, on both sides, by dense woods with tall trees, which is deserted at night. As the train and metro don't work in the early hours of the morning and my flight departure time was 6:30 am, I went to the airport by bus, but I regretted it when I walked through this stretch of road, where I felt unsafe. In the rest of the town, I felt very safe though.

The location of the accommodation is a nice quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the metro which gives 15 minute ride to the center. The room was clean, bathroom too, it had everything needed for a short stay. 10 minutes from the accommodation there is a supermarket that works until 10 pm.

We arrived at 1 am and a day before the travel I informed the hotel via booking that we need a late check in and indicated midnight in a request which was accepted by the hotel. When we arrived and took the room access card by the provided instructions, it did not work, the door to our room would not open. We called and messaged the emergency contact number, the person did not speak any English, so we had to use Google translator to continue the communication. Instead of apologizing for their mistake with the room access card, there were multiple questions to understand who were we and which room we booked even though I indicated my name from the beginning of the conversation. This took more around 30 minutes until the person figured out that we booked the room and finally gave the instruction on how to get new room access card only after we started to push him to do so. This situation was unprofessional from the hotel side. Regarding the stay, the towels had stains on them, the kitchen area had some sort of ventilation noise but it is not noticeable. The cleaning was not provided during 3 nights stay.
