There is a gracious on-site host at the property that greeted us at arrival. (Thanks, Marly!) Communication from the owner was excellent! Location is ideal, only a block from Platja de San Joan beach, and the L4/L5 tram stop is right in front of the locked door of the apartment complex making it easy to get into central Alicante. The owner has beach chairs and umbrellas, so there is everything you need for a visit to the beach, and Platja de San Joan is the nicest beach in all of Alicante area. The building is an older building, but the apartment has been very nicely renovated and is very spacious, plenty of area to relax. Beds are comfortable. Apartment was very clean on arrival. There is a small washing machine right in the apartment.

The beds were comfortable, but the pillows weren't our choice of pillow style, but this seems to be a general Spanish choice of pillows as we have stayed all over Spain. (we like feather pillows). There is an elevator/lift, but be aware it is very tiny and can only hold 2 people easily.

Good service og renlighed

Alt godt

Well equipped and spacious.

Some construction so inquire beforehand if it’s done. If you are fit it’s not a problem but there are definitely stairs involved as the elevator is being renovated at the time. Just something to consider with littles or people with mobility issues.

The location of the apartment is great for getting to the sea. The property owners were extremely accommodating and we had a great stay.
