The reception staff were professional and super friendly. They successfully facilitated a room change to ensure a more comfortable experience for our family of three. .
The beachfront location is remarkable, and the pool facilities are excellent, particularly the access provided to all three pools within the complex.
Overall, our stay was highly satisfactory, and I would certainly recommend this property.
The apartment I stayed in was satisfactory; however, its location within a complex situated on a very steep hill may not be suitable for all age groups.

The location was amazing
Food was limited and I don't understand why they cater for every other country for breakfast, just not the British - hot dog sausages should never be seen on a breakfast _ however, the fresh Greek Breakfast was beautiful

The hotel's location is perfect for a great stay, there are plenty of beautiful panoramic views around, plus there are several excursion agencies in the vicinity to choose from. The food was quite varied and tasty. The reception desk manager Vagelis was extremely friendly and helpful. He offered us useful advice regarding excursions and the hotel's facilities. The waiters in the restaurant were very friendly as well and worked really fast bringing new dishes. The evening show with Tetelos the Professional Magician was fabulous, we attended it twice!
The beach is quite small and cramped, we went to the nearby beach most of the time. Sometimes there were lines in the restaurant, especially at lunchtime.
