The location was extremely convenient, very central. Henry was great to deal with, his messages were informative. The room was great for the price for 2 people.
The bed's were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the two queen beds were pushed together with no way of walking around, we had to get into bed from the end of it.

La posizione è ottima, in pochi minuti si arriva a Times Square. Stanza ampia e cucina vivibile. Bagno con due lavabi e una doccia.
Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile!
Devi richiedere il cambio asciugamano ma il servizio è immediato.

Fantastic position, very close to the main attractions; the staff was extremely polite and helpful.
More dishes and other kitchen utensiles should be provided; moreover, the room should be cleaned with more attention and clear indications on how to manage wastes could be helpful.

Spacious room considering the location and number of guests in the room. We were very comfortable and had a great time.
The towels were clean but thin, scratchy, and didn't smell great. The room was clean overall but needed some upgrades. Everything was a little worn. But everything worked and was clean.
