Clean and modern in a great location

The apartments are one block back from the main wharf to catch the ferry to Dubrovnik and close to 2 supermarkets and many restaurants. Walks around the peninsula are beautiful. The apartment was spacious, quiet and beds comfortable. Air conditioning was fabulous but the windows also opened fully. Pool was an added bonus. Staff were amazing we had a late flight so left our luggage and came back for a quick shower before heading to the airport.
There was nothing not to like. If I was being picky the pool tiles were coming off on the steps.

Very nicely and obviously recently renovated Villa in the Old Town of Cavtat. Very clean, great pool.
Just a few steps to the paid parking lot (after being told the shortcut), and getting a special discounted in/out ticket for it
Everything is very new, but also sterile. A few pictures on the wall, indirect lightning near the couch, nicer chairs around the table and lights under the kitchen cupboards would make this feel more cozy

Discreta la posizione
Contrariamente a quanto evidenziato nella presentazione l'unica veduta era in un orribile vano seminterrato condiviso con altri Ospiti; l'arredamento ed il contesto sono di una trisitezza infinita e l'aria condizionata rumorosissima. Lo staff si è visto solo all'arrivo e ci ha fornito frettolose informazioni sul parcheggio.
