Smoke in the air, place is very outdated, you would think for the price of the place they could have working blinds, furniture from somewhere other than Goodwill, organize the garage, and clean the spider webs!

We enjoyed our stay and found the property to have all the amenities we needed for 10 people (6 adults and 4 kids between 3 and 7).

Overall the house was fine, but could have been better appointed for the cost. There were no non-perishable condiments, like pepper and other spices. Also, the television was difficult to operate and lacked programming. Or even instructions.

This house is in a great location and is well laid-out for families. We thought house was very family friendly and appreciated there was a playpen available to keep the baby safe from the big kid toys. The back deck is large and the sun room is a fun place for kids to play, although 3 of the 4 bedrooms have windows to the sunroom so it’s not very usable while anyone is sleeping. The inside of the house was clean, but the grills were pretty gross, one was not useable and the back deck had a lot of grease stains from them. One of the grills was marked “out of order,” which was fine, however there was rotting food left on it along with the contents of a fire extinguisher, which seemed pretty unsanitary, and the other grill wasn’t assembled well and doesn't hold the grease pan in place. The spa cover was very destroyed and we weren’t able to get the spa to warm up. We also found many of the adult bikes weren’t in rideable condition, so we ended up having to rent a bike and trailer in the village. The foosball table in the pictures was not in the sunroom which really disappointed our kids and we didn’t find any games to go in the “game-filled sunroom.” We enjoyed our time at the SHARC and appreciated that there were more than enough passes for our entire group. The river and Fort Rock park were an easy bike ride away. We enjoyed our time at the house, but would’ve appreciated a more accurate description of the amenities and for them to be better cared for.

It was perfect for our team retreat. The downstairs was open and had plenty of space. Would recommend staying here.

Great place for a group of friends! Very nice house with plenty of winter activities around.

House was very clean, well appointed, and spacious. We had a great time relaxing and the kids loved being able to play in the snow right outside. Beds were comfortable for us.

We had a wonderful time and felt quite comfortable and at home during our stay. Would definitely recommend to others!
