Great location and lots of space inside the property. We had a 4 month old in tow so lots of space for family paraphernalia!
Property was clean & had everything we needed. Location was fabulous for high street & beach. Owners were helpful on arrival (instructions for entry & parking) then left us to it.

I liked the area - close to everything: shops, beach, galleries, road connections.
That there was fresh milk in the fridge and clear instructions for hot water snd heating.

Exceptionally clean, neat and tidy. Little Eaton had everything we needed and was a very comfortable stay. Conveniently located in a quiet lane on the edge of the old town. Communication was really good as well, allowing us to drop our bags off before check in. Would recommend!
