nicely located, quite near to center, plaza and beaches. quite and secured neighborhood. clean apartment with comfortable bed and a kitchenette with everything we needed. would come again any time.

arriving at the property at confirmed check-in time (13:00-14:00), and then get told to have to wait for 4 hours (17:00), and then at 17:00 getting told to wait for another 30 minutes before getting into the apartment we found quite frustrating, as we had made other plans. communication needs improvement.

The flat is super cosy and clean. Its located in center of el medano,close distance everywhere.

I recommend El Medano the City, but not this apartment. At least it was close to everything.

The apartment was dark and humid. The mattress was smaller than the actual bed frame. The bed lining felt old and it smelled of cheap detergent. The bathroom was very small and humid, and there was a few cockroaches there as well. The couch was small and uncomfortable. The staff did not speak English as it says in the description. In the morning we got waked up by all the kids screaming and playing, and in the night there was the group of drunks and their dogs. The dogs kept barking for several hours when we were trying to go to sleep. This happened every day! This place is not a good rent out area.

Excellent location...walking distance to local activities and a short trip from the airport. Local busses are good for getting around the rest of the island.

It was a little tricky to find the apartment initially. The square was easy to find, but there are many apartments nearby with similar addresses.

Clean, comfortable place, easy to live in, pretty much in the center of town, close to the main grocery store, beach & restaurants. View out onto a town square. I spent about 10 days here.

Not too much direct sunlight inside - but this keeps the temperature down. Kids playing in the playground can get a bit noisy, too.

The location was excellent and a staff member I met was very friendly.

I had to fix the leg of the bed before being able to sleep. Light bulb popped suddenly and all electricity went off. I was adviced in whatsapp by the owner or someone how to find a fuse box in the dark. Fixed it. No one fixed the light bulb during my staying. There was a weired smell in the room like old cigarette fume. And last night I saw two cockroaches in the bathroom. Room was very dimly lit.
