The location is amazing and the rooms are stunning.

I stayed on the fourth floor and the water pressure was up and down. Sometimes I had none at all and then when it did come back on, it was scalding hot. Also, the sheets were very uncomfortable. Very stiff.

The location of the property was good although misleading. We thought it would be closer to the old town Parker.

No parking. Several times we had to park in another business parking lot and walk to the hotel. There are no hotel guest designated spots and the restaurants are busy so there are a lot of cars. When we arrived, our vehicle was rear ended in the loading zone while we unpacked our bags. The was NO hot water. The first morning we showered and tolerated a like warm shower. The second morning it was cold. The front desk staff had no solutions other than acknowledging there was an issues. She told us to try turning on the sink and the shower at the same time and that may help. Another guest asked the front desk staff if they had called someone to come fix the water and he said they had not. Beautiful building, comfy bed, good free coffee in the morning however the parking challenges and no hot water out way the good things.
