This condo was simply perfect. From the comfy outdoor furniture directly overlooking the ocean to the well appointed bedrooms we were so impressed. Our family celebrated Thanksgiving there and had everything we needed in a fully stocked kitchen. We are grateful to the great communication with the property manager and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Beautiful property with amazing views from every room! The unit was clean, spacious, and perfect for a family stay. Staci, the property manager, was excellent and answered all questions quickly and effectively.

It felt like we were staying in a home away from home. Very spacious condo giving us plenty of family time without feeling like we were in each other's way. Clean accommodations. Great quality. The host was very responsive. And the grounds and beach area was not too busy.

The condo itself was lovely and the beach was not overly crowded. Our only issue was with numerous other people staying in the same building that had their dogs off leash. My children are terrified of dogs (have been bit previously), and multiple times entering/exiting the elevator would come across large dogs that were unleashed. The actual VRBO was very nice and we had a wonderful stay.

Post wedding rest
We spent four days here after our son’s wedding and it was an absolutely perfect place to unwind! The views, from multiple rooms were amazing! It was so nicely decorated and well equipped. Easy access to the beach and pool! We can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful condo!
My husband and I stayed in this condo with two other couples and absolutely loved it! Plenty of room, beautifully decorated, and great location. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Beach Condo
The condo is very nice, and the complex was not crowded at all. Renters should be aware this is a seventh floor condo which is concerning with small children. The railings are climbable, furniture is oversized and very close to the railings, and the drainage openings are large enough for a toddler to fit through. We had to completely stay off the balconies. One night we had to evacuate at 5:00 am for the fire alarm, and our toddler stepped on an open six-inch Bowie knife on the beach. Those are not the fault of the owner, but they affected our trip. The rental does not include beach towels as claimed, but the manager went and bought some for us which was helpful. Still a great condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and clean condo. Spectacular views of the ocean and sound. The only suggestions would be some throw blankets and a couch that isn’t so slippery- it was hard to get comfy. Otherwise, perfect!

Family Beach Week
Nice layout with multiple balconies double the enjoyable living space. Private access to three of the four balconies provide family free escapes with a large common area for group togetherness as well. Nice community pool. Great quiet family oriented beach. Garage parking. The elevator ride for beach access was less of a burden than expected. We are used to a oceanfront house but this was a very nice alternative. Immediately accessible owner or manager. Will stay again.

Probably one of the nicest condos on the beachfront. Unit is beautiful with decks on that face beach and also let’s you see the sunset. Property manager was easy reach and solved the issues we did have very quickly. Hard not to enjoy a stay here.

Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and so much more, super comfortable beds with nice linens, and a view to die for from every room! Resort had great amenities - pool, gym, game room, that made it even better and provided beach chairs and umbrellas saved the hassle of bringing our own.. The only downside was the couch and chair are completely worn out. Typically I would not be bothered but given the time of year we planned to spend most of our time in the condo (it was too cold to go to the beach!). Nonetheless I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We celebrated our parents 50th Anniversary last weekend and it was perfect, even with non-stop rain and wind! Great views, plenty of space and the best kitchen set-up and available utensils of any VRBO we have stayed in. Definitely would recommend.

So relaxing!
Absolutely wonderful property. We will most certainly be booking again. VRBO had a slight hiccup getting our check in information updated to us and Stacy, the property manager, responded immediately and got us in. The facility and suite is represented by the pictures. No let down at all. My wife and I sat for hours and hours and watched the ocean and just relaxed. Sunrise and sunset views are majestic. Do not hesitate to book this property. We hope to return in the warmer months for another stay.

We knew it would be cold as it was the last week in December so I chose a place with enough room for everyone to feel on vacation and we bundled up and spent a ton of time on the balcony playing games and watching the porpoises, pelicans, and the waves. Stacy, the property manager, was easily available for any questions and very nice. It is pricey but you pay for an amazing view, peacefulness, and luxury decor. We needed a taste of luxury after all we had been through in 2020 and it was well worth the extra cost. Totally worth it and would recommend to anyone wanting to spend the extra buck for a feel of truly getting away from the hustle & bustle.

A perfect beach retreat
What a wonderful experience we had. The unit was the definition of exquisite with beautiful ocean views, impeccably furnished and designed rooms and the perfect location. We could not have been happier during our stay.

The condo was perfect for four couples. We had our own private bathrooms which was a must. The seventh floor ocean view was breath taking. Sunrises were unbelievable. Only draw back was one air conditioning unit did not function properly leaving three bedrooms a little uncomfortable. Would rent this unit again.
