The property was exceptional. The design and amenities were fantastic. The apartment is located in a quiet area in the Arsenale and is easily accessible. The stay was very comfortable!
The staff were challenging to communicate with. They withheld check in information and upon arrival we could not contact the host and were waiting outside for an hour. It was unacceptable management. Then they made us pay a late fee to compensate the arrival time. Very disappointing
