This is a wonderful house. It has been stylishly modernised to a very high standard, and has comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely, spacious sitting room. It is in a pretty village and a perfect position for access to the river beach.
The beautiful wooden floors have no insulation, and so sound travels from the upstairs rooms. This can make it difficult to sleep in the ground floor bedroom.

The house was great, fully prepared for cooking, barbecue, entertaining kids and right next to the river where you could go for a swim.
Only downside is that there isn't much isolation between floors. That means I could hear my kids as soon as they got up in the morning on the floor above.
The isolation from outside was perfectly fine.
