A lovely central spot with great breakfasts served from the top floor dining area with spectacular views across the bay. A fantastic base for visiting Kas

Nothing we didn’t like. Keep in mind if you’re considering a room in the upper floors that it might be difficult for people with mobility issues, but this applies to pretty much all properties.

Nice location. Rooms are more spacious than in photos. Breacfast included are amaizing!

Our room was a top floor room over looking the harbour. We had a big jacuzzi bath on the balcony, but the water pressure wasn't strong enough to fill so we couldn't use it. The bathroom was nice and well stocked but the bathroom fan was noisy. The room needed a quilt as it was cold in the evening in March. The stair wells are quite low ceilings, if you are tall you need to duck as my husband found out, he is 6 foot 2. Lots of Christmas references in the entrance and on the towels and in the cafe. The breakfast was in the baba cafe in the main square of the town and we had the most amazing Turkish breakfast.
Just the noise of the fan and the call to prayer at 4.45 am and the cold room needed a quilt.

1) They did not have warm blankets - found just two from the whole hotel for three of us.

A very good breakfast is served on the fourth floor rooftop which has a great view of the bay. I loved my stay, very much recommended..

Nice view of the harbor on the third floor. A very good breakfast was served on the fourth floor rooftop. Staff were quite helpful. Location near the main street was convenient for dining and shopping. Recommended.
There was no lift to access the rooms. Not a huge problem, but negotiating the stairs with luggage could be challenging. The stairs going down from the second floor to the first floor have a height problem that should be marked. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Nice place, nice people.
1) Ezgi organized me a transfer from Alanya to Kas. Helped me with my luggage.
2) The room was very clean, cozy and cute. The breakfast was simple still very fresh, various and also included homemade pastry. Turkish coffee in porclain cups was amazing. The girls are just the best. Thank you!
1) Hot water preassure was bad several times.
2) Small wardrobe - actually there is no any, only a rack.
Also, those are given conditions but good to keep in mind:
1) There is no elevator.
2) It is quite noisy outside at nights - night life is active around.

The room was clean, all the bathroom fixtures were good quality. The view was beautiful just like everywhere else in Kaş.
We booked a deluxe room because it had a jacuzzi on the terrace. It was the most expensive room in the hotel and we only took it because of the wonderful pictures of the terrace with a beautiful view and a jacuzzi. But when we tried to use it, it didn’t work. We couldn’t fill it up with water as the water was leaking and flooded the terrace. It made a lot of noise but there was no babbles and no massage. It was one huge disappointment and total waste of money.
Another major flow is that this room is located on the last floor, right next to the breakfast terrace. We woke up at 8am to the sounds of people eating and chatting. Felt like we were sleeping at the backyard of a canteen.
The room is also very small and they didn’t provide a blanket, only a cover which was tiny and very rough.
The breakfast was poor and the employees didn’t pay any attention to their guests.

The hotel is very centrally located. It is neat, clean and the staff are wonderful. We had a great stay

Very friendly staff, beautiful and very clean hotel right in the centre, walking distance to bars restaurants and beaches. Breakfast was delicious and the beautiful lady made me and my mum Turkish coffee every morning🥰🙏

It was amazing experience! As for me, the hotel has the most convenient location in Kas. Everything is 10: comfortable room with nice furniture, great views, nice breakfast, very friendly girl in the reception. Thanks a lot.
