The apartment is on the great place, right on the street that leads to the beach (short walk) and with lots of options for food nearby, including little store. Landlord was nice and the communication ok. In the apartment you can find/use all the beach equipment such as wind shade, even kids spade for the sand (we didn't try as we mostly just hiked along the coast). We used the fold-out couch for sleeping and it worked fine for 2 adults. I can say it's very comfy as couches go (the sleep on "mattress"/surface) although not the widest one. I'm guessing around 140/150cm wide but I slept more comfortably there then on other, wider couch with hard "mattress"/sleep surface. Wifi and internet connection worked perfectly. There is also washing machine including the detergent. All cleaning supplies are included.

I would highly recommend for the landlord to install the darkening curtains or something or this kind in the living room/kitchen door if couch is to be used for sleeping. The shades currently there are more for privacy measures. The door faces east/southeast so you get the first sun rays right in. There is no coffee maker of any kind and also no teapot, which we missed. We ended up using regular pot for making tea. We would also liked more dishes, utensils etc. as there is dishwasher so one ends up having all in it.
