We loved the hosts' property, location, and warm friendliness. Clean, comfortable, spacious, delicious breakfast, good value and well stocked/priced bar of delicious Belgian beers/soft drinks.

Breakfast was fabulous. Freshly prepared, wide choice and presented with care.

Once again we hit the jackpot with our accommodation. Excellent room and facilities, delicious breakfast and great hosts. We were able to do our washing and iron our clothes afterwards, not easy when you are constantly travelling. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Close the Ypres, Zonnebek and other areas of interest (WW1 sites, in particular Australian memorials).

A really excellent B&B, very convenient located near Ypres, charming hosts and an extraordinary breakfast!

really well placed and easily located. very eco friendly with Rainwater Harvesting for water supply with very clear warnings the water was non-potable and bottled water was provided for rinsing after teeth cleaning, etc. power was supplemented by PV panels on the roof. all very well laid out and extremely comfortable. the breakfast was beyond expectation and catered for all tastes with fresh fruit, pattiseries with conventional continental style provision. Bedroom was very comfortable with Roof velux windows for natural light. garden area for guests with patio furniture.

absolutely nothing to fault this unless you have a problem with stairs as bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor.
