L'appartamento di una camera e un bagno è situato nel centro di Barcellona, a 100 metri dalle Ramblas e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza di Catalunya, le principali attrazioni della città.
Dispone di aria condizionata, cassaforte e connessione Wi-Fi gratuita.
Questo appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato in uno stile elegante e di buon gusto per combinare perfettamente comfort e design degli interni.
Il salone dispone di un comodo divano che si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale, un'area pranzo attrezzata con sedie e una televisione via satellite. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con piano a induzione, forno, tostapane, macchina da caffè, bollitore elettrico per tè, lavastoviglie e lavatrice.
La camera da letto dispone di un letto matrimoniale e di un bagno con cabina doccia
Vengono fornite asciugamani e biancheria da letto all'arrivo.
Questo appartamento non dispone di parcheggio privato. Tuttavia, è presente un parcheggio pubblico a circa 300 metri dall'appartamento.
Non sono consentite feste né addii al celibato/nubilato.
La Tassa Turistica non è inclusa nel prezzo dell'appartamento. Verrà applicata la tassa in vigore al momento del soggiorno, per adulto e per notte, fino a un massimo di sette notti.
Può eseguire un autocontrollo con la nostra applicazione per smartphone. Successivamente, riceverà un messaggio con tutte le informazioni.
La nostra Reception si trova al numero 1 del Passatge Sert, dove è necessario ritirare la propria chiave tra le 9.00 e le 20.00 da lunedì a venerdì (esclusi i festivi da lunedì a venerdì). Se il proprio arrivo è sabato o domenica (o festivo infrasettimanale), il ritiro delle chiavi avviene in via Aribau 228. L'orario di apertura è dalle 09.00 alle 20.00. Check-in automatico con il telefono cellulare a partire dalle 15.00
Gli ingressi a partire dalle 21:00 vengono effettuati di persona negli appartamenti e hanno un costo extra di 30€.

We stayed a week in Barcelona in the apartment Barri Gotic in the old part of Barcelona. This is a fantastic apartment and a great location. The apartment was exactly as described, very clean and the high ceilings made the apartment very spacious.
Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. Note that this apartment is on a busy pedestrian street, but with windows closed, it is OK. The only night it was really loud was a Saturday as there was a football game and people were celebrating to all hours of the night.
This wonderful 1 bedroom apartment on Calle Petritxol was one block from La Rambla, 2-3 blocks to Plaça Catalunya to get a taxi or the hop on hop off bus. Grocery store and tons of great restaurants and bars were close by. Boqueria de Mercado market was only a block away.
There are quite a few Ola Living apartments in this building. Our friends stayed in the Sagrada Familia apartment, same building and same floor so it was convenient to travel back and forth between our apartments. The Sagrada Familia apartment had an outdoor patio which was a treat. Also on the same floor was the Petritxol La Boqueria. The building has an elevator and stairs are also available.
Ola Living was very helpful and we highly recommend them and this apartment.

My husband and i visited Barcelona with our college-aged daughter. This was our first trip. The apartment far exceeded our expectations. It was clean, bright, modern, and beautifully decorated. -- including murals on the ceilings. As in any major city there is street noise, but we found that the heavy shutters inside the windows helped with that tremendously. It was not an issue for us. I highly recommend this apartment and if we return to Barcelona we will book it again.

This is a beautiful, well maintained and well stocked apartment. Very convenient area.
It is very noisy at night, because of its location but that would not prevent us staying there again.
The only difficulty we had being two 80 year olds, not very up-to-date with using iphone for payment processing and entry into the apartment, it was necessary for us to go to the Ola Living Office to pick up physical keys. It would have been better if we had done that initially. However that was our problem.
It would have been helpful to have had some literature in the apartment letting us know where the nearest supermarket was and information about the neighbourhood. Just a suggestion.
All in all, a wonderful apartment.

The apartment itself is very nice and location was good. Check in was awful- took 2 hours- had to take a couple taxis to get a physical card since the key situation requires cellular and I travel internationally with an ESIM. The washer/dryer is a single and does not dry clothes. Noise is extremely loud. Bring earplugs to sleep mandatory. And- for me I had to request extra toilet paper and garbage bags for the 4 days I stayed there with kids. You can’t just provide 1 of each and get 5 stars. I think apartment better suited due to check in for locals and younger people- not great for family with kids.
