Everything was as described. It was a beautiful home and located in a great area. We used the fire pit, grill, hot tub and fireplace. All worked great!

The property was spotless and amenities were above and beyond what was expected -- the kitchen was especially well stocked with supplies and tools, etc. so we could enjoy cooking! The beds were extremely comfortable and the principle suite is luxuriously large!
The location is secluded and quiet but a short drive to shopping and attractions. There was also access to Sugarloaf and Teapot trails within a 10 minute walk -- it was nice not to have to drive or use a shuttle in order to hike! It was also wonderful to unwind in the hot tub after said hikes.
Our group of four included one senior, a teen and two adults and we all found the home comfortable, convenient, beautiful and very relaxing for our vacation. Highly recommend this home!

Would definitely stay at this property again. We had everything we needed and the home was very clean. The back yard is very private and a nice place to relax after a day of hiking.

Loved this property. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Games were a blast. Laundry was so helpful. The outdoor space was lovely and hot tub was perfect. The location of the home was awesome. Close to everything, even a quick hike within walking distance. We had a great time as a family there. Thank you!

Very nice experience! Very clean, comfortable and well thought out floor plan and design. Kitchen had all that was necessary to enjoy cooking and BBQ. We would definitely stay at this location again if the opportunity were to arise. Great view from back of home as well.

Our family of four loved our stay in Sedona. This location was great. Spacious and very comfortable, close enough from the town for an easy drive and far enough away for privacy. We will definitely be back in this city and this rental.

We were traveling with our daughter, son in law and their two toddlers. It was so nice to have such a clean home to spend time in. Added bonus was the fact that we could be in separate wings of the house, but still come together in the main living area. Can't emphasize enough the cleanliness.
There were great Sedona informational books, Red Rock Pass, and hiking information available.
The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our grandkids even did their Easter egg hunting in the backyard! Overall, we would recommmend this house and look forward to staying here again on a future trip to Sedona!

We had an excellent stay at West Sedona. The house had all the amenities we needed, very clean, updated fixtures and comfortable beds and was in a great location. If ever we go back to Sedona we would definitely stay here again.

This home was just perfect for us. There were five women in our group and we all thought it was fantastic. The home was equipped with all the basics and that was convenient. The kitchen had everything you needed in terms of tools, dishes, etc. We appreciated the saran wrap (and many other items like shampoo or body soap, scott towels) that you would hate to have to travel with or purchase for a short stay. The beds were comfortable and the entertaining social area was so comfy and relaxing. The view is awesome and the hot tub was awesome. The guide left for us was helpful. Perfect stay!

Perfect location. home was clean & all amenities needed, up to date bathrooms and kitchen. Very comfortable. Only wish was ability to receive "regular" TV stations, although streaming was available. Perfect location to restaurants, uptown and neighborhood hikes.

Very centrally located for hikes and activities. The only negative was mosquitos were so bad in the backyard that we could not really enjoy that area as much as we wanted.

Amazing Property
Our family stayed in this home in June. The home was very clean! The location is great! Easy access to grocery stores, trails, and downtown Sedona! Communication with property manager was great both prior to and during our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation
The location was great and in a quiet neighborhood close to hiking, dining, and grocery stores. Sedona.org did a fantastic job communicating with us the entire trip as we had issues with the hot tub (the motor died the second day we were there = massive bummer) and the power went out the last night (outage in the area). The property needs a bug spraying as we did kill 2 cockroaches and a fairly large centipede. Overall, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the backyard is lovely.

Exceeded Expectations
What a beautiful place to stay in Sedona! A lovely home, with views from every room - the photos don't do it justice. It has everything you'll need to prepare meals, is walking distance from several trails, and the hot tub and back garden are wonderful places to relax. And it's pretty close to things to see and places to eat in Sedona. Hoping to get back some day soon.
