Divan domaćin i sama komunikacija od samoga početka do našeg odlaska.. Smještaj je bio savrsen sa manju obitelj. Ima privatni privatni parking što je izuzetno važno za Dubrovnik, a relativno blizu starog grada.
Ništa, sve je bilo odlično i ponovno bismo se vratili.

Everything with Maria, was perfect, communication, timing, location, apartment. We will go back to her place for sure. The old city is walkable distance even with kids. Maria provided us with towels, fresh fruit, chocolate...Very friendly and welcoming touch. The bed and cushions are very comfortable.

Eigenlijk was alles goed, iets groter balkon zou prettiger zijn en uitzicht is niet geweldig maar ook niet zo belangrijk voor een kort verblijf van enkele dagen

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Everything was ready for hosting a family. Thanks to Diana and her mother who prepared welcome pancakes and lemonade for us. It was really very kind and nice welcome. They were very friendly and helpfull. The apartment is just about 1,2 km from old town and it costed just 5 eur by taxi to go to old town. So we parked our car to closed private garage of apartment and we did not use our car till we leave. If we come to Dubrovnik again, it is sure we definitely stay here again.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Nice host meets you on arrival and show you their parking space. She even provided a plate of crepes - very nice! The apartment is in a residential block, and the attraction is the free parking close to the old town - and on this it delivers. But don't expect ocean views. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the old town, and this is involves many stairs. If you're fit this is no problem at all.

The best equipped apartment I have ever been in. Located near the old town, abt 15 minutes walk. It was very clean, spotless. The building has its own garage. The lady host was the nicest ever, she even welcomed us with pancakes. I highly recommend this place.

Such a comfortable apartment close to Old Dubrovnik! Great amenities and our host did everything she could to make us feel welcome. Check in was very smooth and the location was easy to find.

Clean apartman, close to the old city, with free garage - wich is really useful in Dubrovnik. The apartman was full of snacks and sweets, and every useful equipment, e. g. cosmetics, washing machine, coffee machine.
If you come to Dubrovnik by car, you are in a bit complicated situation, because the truly beautiful parts of the city are inaccessable by car and in those areas parking is expensive or even impossible. The areas open to car traffic are less attractive, but this is not surprising. The apartman is between two busy roads, which is not the best, but as I wrote, it’s normal in Dubrovnik. However, it’s good to know when booking with a toddler.

Everything was perfect. When we arrive Maria was waiting for us . At the moment that we were at the apartment she brought us crepes and fresh juice. Apartment was clean and had all the facilities that you need. Our stay there was perfect and it was near to the old town ☺️🥰

The host is just amazing! Super friendly and helpful, she greeted us with pancakes, fruits and sweets! In the apartment you can find everything you might need! It is great to have an underground garage for parking a car in Dubrovnik.

Welcoming us with crepes and showing us where to park as well as being available for us.
Flat extremely cleaned and food provided such as fruits, coffee and everything needed there.
Underground free safe parking place really useful, allowing us to let the car and to walk 15 min to get to the old town so extremely useful considering parking prices in the center (70/90 kunas per hour in some places!!)
Window to get to the balcony a bit broken so not possible to close it properly

The hosts are lovely. The cleanliness is immaculate. Like many others who have stayed here before us, this apartment is like a ‘home away from home’! We had a warm welcome with vegan Apple strudel and were shown where everything was and not to hesitate to contact the host if we needed anything. We had a wonderful stay. The supermarket was right opposite and very helpful. 10/10 all around. Keep up the good work and thanks (hvala) for everything.
The sliding shutter in the living room! Very tricky and thought we might break it with the use of excessive force but were shown the correct way of using it by the host’s very friendly and helpful mother.

The apartment is verry clean and confortable.The host is excelent and helpfull.A big plus is the location and free garage. 10 minutes walk from old town.

So far probably the best travel experience: amazing, lovely, hospitable hosts; excellent apartment; one of the best locations just on the outskirts of the old towns' walls; parking in a garage; since it was not a main season, we could leave the car there even a couple of hours longer with no problems. The hosts are the true Dubrovnik nobility... Access to the garage directly from the main street, the store and bakery just few meters away on the other side of the street.

Exceptional apartment for the price.
Hosts Diana and Lily generously left free oranges, chocolate and other candies, juice, soda and beer; Lily even baked us delicious fresh crepes as a welcome! Enough Said!
