Great value for the money. Friendly staff. Really great for a stopover. Clean.
If you're looking for the standards set at Holiday Inn or Delta, you know this is not the place.

It was a good price
We could have had a weather appropriate blanket and 2 thin pillows were not enough.
The stains on the carpet are unacceptable.

The room was a nice size. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. The room had a full size fridge and small sink. There was a desk for doing work. Some reviewers complained that the bath tubs were slippery. Mine was not, I had no problems in the bathroom. Overall everything was very decent for the price. A coffee maker was available from the front desk, but I didn’t need it as I don’t drink coffee. Internet worked well and seemed fast. The shower curtain was curved so you had a lot of room in the shower. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The only minor issues is you can hear guests next door but luckily no one stayed up late so it wasn’t an issue. Also the carpet seems very old with a few stains on it. It wasn’t dirty or anything bad, but it is probably time to replace it. As well the flow of water from shower wasn’t great but still adequate.

It didn’t leak…had hot water for shower …had available rooms
No air conditioning…shitty lock on door…toilet seat slide and almost pinched my nuts…☹️…room was a little dirty…clean the walls and windows…

It was amazing, the manager Sony was soo helpful and patient ..I am in a wheelchair and he accommodated my needs very well, gave my husband and I are chose of rooms that is convenient for me, Sony was great!!
1. One thing, some washrooms were not wide enough for my chair so we had to look for another room but once we found one it was ok
2. Mirror in bathroom needs to be lower down for someone in a wheelchair

Great mini fridge (froze our water bottles). Quiet ceiling fan over bed. Window (one) opens. Very comfy bed. Easy to find. Friendly staff.
Shower. Water smelled rusty. Hand print on wall. Fan super loud. No coffee machine.

Good location, just off the trans canada. Very convenient for a one night stay like I had.
Staff wasn't aware of my online booking and made for a confusing check in. Heater turned off in the middle of the night so it was very cold.

It was a great location close to town, lots of restaurants gas stations and grocery stores a short drive away. Very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable!
The only complaint was the shower. The tub was extremely slippery. I fell twice before I had to put a towel down in the bottom so I didn't slip again. Would just suggest they buy a mat for the bottom or tub stickies. It's a bit of a hazard.

Mattress was an economy style . We could feel the coils below the mattress fabric . No face clothes . No tub mat .

The location was okay - it was on the Sudbury side of SSM which was the wrong side for us but that was my mistake. Good news was it was close to cheap gas on the Batchawana First Nation.
They use a cleaning product with an exceptionally strong smell - very offensive.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was good being just as you came into the Sault. The price was good.
The bed was a little soft for my liking. There were no face cloths with the towels.
